The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill San Antonio, TX

Today was my second visit after trying the burger and fries which were delicious. Today I tried the lemon potatoes with the lamb and it came with a side salad.
10/10 recommend this place. Friendly staff, fast service, and most importantly DAMN good food! Happy to say I will frequent this location often!

I had an incredible dining experience at this Greek restaurant! The food was amazingly fresh and delicious, leaving me thoroughly satisfied. The staff was friendly and provided great service, contributing to the overall fantastic atmosphere. It has quickly become one of my favorite places for Greek cuisine. Even my daughter loved it, and the owner was so kind that she wanted to take a picture with her. If you're in San Antonio, Texas, this place is definitely a must-try!

This place is awesome! I order here so often because the food is always delicious and fresh. My husband and I come for lunch over the weekend and today I picked up lunch. This is gourmet level food. The restaurant is beautiful and a great date place. I love it! Currently we are fasting from meat but when we do eat meat the steak and lamb plates are amazing. I also love the deserts. A great place! Do not sleep on this. I highly recommend for dinner or lunch.

Very clean! Flavorful food and HUGE portions! Easily two meals from 1 plate. I had the chicken breast skewers with rice pilaf and a Greek salad. Hard to pick which was the best because it was all so good! My husband had a gyro, lemon potatoes, and fries with cheese. He loved it all as well. Definitely going back.

Stopped by this spot for the first time ever. I had a great experience from the food to the service. The staff were super helpful because I had no idea what I wanted. When I got the meal, it looked good and fresh. I ended up getting The Great Gyro meal and had the fries as the side. It ended up being scrumptious. I liked it. Would come back again.

Very delicious food! Large portions! Rice pudding was amazing! Owners so kind and generous, making my family and I feel so welcomed. If you haven’t gone, definitely check it out. My 9 year old is a picky eater, and even she enjoyed it! 🥰🥰 🇬🇷🩵 Couldn’t get and photos cause everyone ate their food too quickly! 😅

This was my first time at this restaurant and it was a great first impression. I ordered the Souvlaki with the steak sirloin and it was amazing. 10/10 recommend

Hands down, this place is legit. Took my wife here and was blown away both the service and the meal. Please do yourself a favor and stop by for some of the best tasting Mediterranean food in the city. It's definitely worthy of my "Certified Mad Good" rating and will definitely be making some return trips.

The staff was exceptionally attentive and helpful, patient while we ordered, always cleaning, and the food came out fast and fresh, and was delicious. Great value and great atmosphere. Couldn't be happier with our first experience.

For being open three days, this place has a ton of potential. The food was fresh and tasty but there was a very long wait due to the number of customers. I think once the initial rush dies down this place will be incredible.

I had the Greek salad wrap, my husband had the chicken plate. Good portions for both, though I would have liked a side of something with my wrap, so I finished off with the baklava. It was good, flaky and fresh.
I would eat here again.

A must try! The steak kabob is perfectly cooked. Loved the feta fries too but the 4 dip combo made from scratch will have me coming back for sure!! Staff is friendly and interior super clean. They have a A/100 rating from the city!

Tried this place for the first time today, got my order to go… ordered the kids chicken skewer, with feta fries… delicious! (Fries not pictured as I ate them on the drive home lol)

It was my first time trying this place. I honestly have to say the food was excellent! I spent over $122 for a family of six. I plan on coming more often to try new items on the menu. Today, we tried the gyros, the Athenian burger, and kids' chicken tenders. Everyone really enjoyed their food. I suggest giving it a try.

Yum!! The food was so delicious and fresh! I had the small greek salad with gyro meat and it was HUGE! My friend enjoyed the steal kabobs and rice. The pits bread is soft and warm. But the star of the show was the Baklava Ice Cream--don't leave without trying it!

AMAZING!!! The staff was super knowledgeable about what they served and even with a full house you don't feel rushed when asking questions. My food was amazing and well worth the price. I felt full and light at the same time. So, great mid day spot to eat. I will be back and I will be tasting the grape leaves next time. Thank you for sharing this cultural food with San Antonio!!!!

Best meal I’ve had here in San Antonio. Had the salmon entree with the add on shrimp and a side of feta fries. Nice portions, my wife and I were able to share and still got our fill. Hopefully the consistency carries over for subsequent visits.

I've never been big on Mediterranean cuisine, but The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill was a game-changer. The dishes strike a perfect balance of flavor, ensuring you don't feel overstuffed. While it's on the pricier side, the quality and portions justify the cost. The Feta Fries are a must-try! We've sampled the Falafel Pita, Traditional Gyro Pita, Souvlaki Plate with steak tenderloin, and the Great Greek Plate with Gyro meat - all were delightful. We are eager to explore more of their menu!
