Carol Crowell Kick, FNP

Carol Kick and the staff at Baylor Scott & White are amazing. I usually don't get excited about doctors or visits but Carol is attentive, remembers my history, friendly, willing to discuss multiple options for treatment and is just a kind person. Her staff is extremely attentive and diligent at dealing with questions, billing, prior auths, prescriptions, phone calls, squeaking in appointments and so much more. I have other types of doctors where I like the doctor but the staff is terrible. That is NOT the case with Carol and the Baylor staff at this location. I've never waited more than 24 hours for any response for anything. I've been going there for 3-4 years and am so happy I may never go anywhere else.

In addition to all that, they also use a pretty nice phone app where you automatically get updates, you can ask questions, and look at lab results.

I realize this might seem like a lot of excitement about a doctor's office but I genuinely have never felt so comfortable at any PCP or other office. Thanks to Carol and the staff for making my medical care so simple.

This practice is truly wonderful! I have been seeing CAROL KICK NP, for a few years now,and I would not go to anyone else for my primary care.She is the BEST!!

very thorough, & extremely compenanat. I have 150% trust and faith in her care of my health & well being!.I have never before came across a medical expert that has made me feel so safe,
comfortable, important, & so cared for, untiI i found her. She surpasses them all, (in my opinion.) Most definitely, she's 1 in a million! I'am most fortunate,blessed, and sincerely appreciative, & so thankful to have her in my life.

FNP Carol Kick is great!

Need new front desk reps. I called to schedule an appointment and after waiting on hold for 15 mins, maybe longer, I disconnected and called back because I thought maybe they forgot that I was holding only to have their answering service pick up to advise they'd left for the day and the calls were now being forwarded to the answering service. I called back the next day and scheduled my appointment successfully however when I arrived 15 mins early and checked in for my scheduled appointment, I was left waiting 45 mins. I asked the front desk rep if she could check to see how much longer she thought it would be only to find out she never checked me in. She did not apologize only said that I would need to reschedule when I asked why, if I have been waiting and even arrived early I was told that I could be seen but wouldn't be able to complete my scheduled exam. Extremely unprofessional and unbelievable.
