I love this store! It has a great variety of cards and gifts. Plus a very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Love this store! I don't come often but we go annually for my boys to pick out a few Christmas ornaments for themselves and our family! The store was well stocked and had lots of variety. My kids were pretty loud but the people working there didn't seem to mind and were very nice. We will be back again next Christmas if not before!!!

It's always a relaxing experience to shop or browse here. Staff are gracious and ready to help, and everything is beautifully arranged.

What can I say? If you love Hallmark as I do, you won't be disappointed. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Best customer service from a male worker. He was so friendly, helped us with a smile and even showed us items off of the beaten path and informed us of future offers. The worker with a British accent is amazing - sorry sir to out your awesome customer service abilities. Love the store.

This Hallmark is wonderful!! I travel 25+ miles to go to this Hallmark. Not because it's the closest to me, but because I enjoy the staff, store & selection that much. You are greeted as soon as you walk in, but you aren't hounded by the staff; they welcome you to their store, ask if there's anything they can help you with & dependent upon your answer, they assist you or leave you to your shopping :) The staff is professional & helpful and seem genuinely happy to have you in their store!
They also have a great selection of cards, gifts, Keepsake Ornaments, candles, etc. And there are not enough positive adjectives for the Store Manager, Nathan...he's the absolute best!!

This is my favorite Hallmark in DFW and I've been to just about all of them. It's the closest one to my house, which is definitely convenient, but it also employs the friendliest people. The British guy who is the manager (whose name is escaping me right now), is the best. I swear he lives in the back, because he's always there. He's extremely helpful and a joy to talk to as well. Associate Kaitlyn is equally as helpful and wonderful, as are all of the employees I've had to pleasure of interacting with there. They're always welcoming and accommodating. Since I already have enough cards and Christmas wrapping and decor to open my own Hallmark store, I don't go there as often as I used to, but when I do, it's like meeting up with an old friend. The store is always cleaned and well-stocked, and they have nice clearance selection. Plus, they're right next door to Kroger, so I can kill two birds with one stone.

The best part of this Hallmark store is the STAFF! Nathan is outstanding, and Jennifer is the sweetest. Knowing that I'm on their "list" of people to call when the Dream Book arrives or when something geeky is coming up is that stellar, above-and-beyond service that wins customer loyalty. The selection of gifts as well as cards is nothing short of dangerous, and I LOVE the preponderance of Star Wars, Marvel, DC, Harry Potter, and other nerdy merch and cards. This is Geek Hallmark with true concierge service; if I walk in with barely a vague idea and not a lot of time, all Nathan needs is that vague idea and he'll take me to the perfect thing. Seriously, I cannot say enough good about this store and its people!

This store has saved Hallmark for my family! Unlike other Hallmark stores, Amy's Hallmark is VERY welcoming. Their staff is also second to NONE! We adore Nathan. He is first class. Each of their employees are great as well. We drive over an hour each year for our Hallmark Ornaments. This store makes the drive so worth it. My 3 kids love coming to pick an ornament or 2 each holiday season!

Awesome shop, the staff helped me pick out a great matching gift bag and decorations, and even put the whole thing together for me. It looks wonderful, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

This is "our" Hallmark store, and has our loyalty thanks to the AMAZING customer service we've gotten from the first visit. Nathan is the best Hallmark manager I have ever had the pleasure of talking and working with, and I've been a Keepsake Ornament collector since 1991.

Wow, so much to look at! Give yourself time to fully enjoy this store. Extremely kind and helpful staff. Find gifts for everyone, perhaps one for yourself! I highly recommend this shopping experience.
