Hearts' Home Acoustics Guitar Store

Just did a random search one day for guitar stores “close to me” and I stumbled upon Hearts. My acoustic guitar was in dire need of restringing. They have name brand QUALITY performance strings available for you to choose from. The price you ask?? Well I’d bet cash money they are the lowest you’ll find anywhere! Extremely low fee PLUS the strings of your choice! Done the same day or if you drop it off after 12pm, next day probably for sure. You walk in and you think it’s a antique house with instruments hanging around. Basically what I’m trying to say is you get NONE of the “big store” sales pressure from anybody. I also ordered a nice case while I was in there. They’ll pull up plenty of choices online and BOOM you can order right then and there! I’ll DEFINITELY be going back there sooner than later. I chose a slightly different gauge and brand string than I usually do and my guitar sounds BIG, and gig ready!! Those strings SING! You’ll enjoy this place, it’s kinda tucked away in Boerne off the Main Street, in a residential area. Like I said it’s not a BIG BOX strip mall type of joint. 🤘🏽

WOW, one of the best guitar shops I've ever been in. Lots of high-end acoustic guitars, including Martin and Taylor, along with some high-end boutique brands and some used guitars. Amazing selection. Lots of guitar accessories. They also sell violins and other stringed instruments. If you're in Boerne, put this on your list.

I've been into this shop on quite a few different occasions & after today, I feel like I've had enough experience there to give a whole hearted 5 star review. As a veteran, offering a military discount is always a big plus, which these folks do. The gentleman that they have doing general maintenance on guitars is a miracle worker. I took in an older Washburn Oscar Schmidt today (Not an expensive guitar, but a sentimental one) & it plays like a dream
after the work he did on it. I've also purchased one guitar & many parts/accessories & the staff are always super knowledgeable/helpful in any way they can be, and all around kind/friendly. You don't find good customer service like this in this day & age & I will continue to shop here & support this local business. The name "Hearts Home" hits the nail right on the head. These are genuinely passionate people who go above & beyond for their customers & I would 100% reccomend their shop to anyone who is passionate about playing.

Two years later, I have YET to be disappointed by this shop. I've taken multiple guitars into this location to have services done, and they never cease to impress. I took my brother in to pick up a cheap, but just above beginner level guitar. The owner (I believe), knocked off $80 to match his price range, and has conducted extra services on my guitars free of charge a couple times. Its very rare to find someone truly passionate about their craft, but you'll find it here. They give military discount, and are the most knowledgeable folks around. If you're looking for good ol' boys to work on your instruments, or looking to buy another for your collection, please, PLEASE, use hearts home. I can't stress enough how good they are.

Was in the area for something else and stumbled across this shop by accidentally parking near it, and very glad I did. Really neat selection, kept in great shape, knowledgeable staff, wouldn't hesitate to buy from them

My son wanted to try playing Guitar and we were greeted at the door and so we browsed around a bit.A bit later we were approached to see if we needed anything and we ended up with a beautiful guitar and strap for him and the Customer service was amazing. We went to another location before this one which had lots of inventory but they ignored us completely. I am happy I chose Hearts Home for our purchase as they deserved all of the business from me today. We are looking forward to having lessons here too!

Hands down the BEST guitar store ever. If you've always wanted a Martin but didn't think you could afford one, check out the X series. Not only is it affordable, it sounds amazing and is acoustic-electric. I have shopped the Big Box stores but do yourself a favor and visit this store. It is a candy store for guitar enthusiasts.

Bought my dream guitar here. Cheney, Elijah, and Aaron are awesome. Best service and knowledge out there. They are very kind and educate you on specifics regarding brands, helping you decide what is/is-not important to you. They have an incredible selection that will suit just about any budget or guitar style preference. The selection definitely shines if you are considering a mid to high end guitar - they have beautiful Taylor, Martin, and Furch options with the occasional used custom/smaller-shop guitar (Simpson, Collings, etc.). The store also features plenty of accessories - strings, straps, pickups, (super cool) mics, etc., alongside other stringed instruments.

Hearts Home is the absolute best!
We has been taking lessons here for a few years and it’s amazing to watch her grow in such a positive environment!! The teachers are great with kids. They are incredibly knowledgeable and always keep the lessons fun. I highly recommend them for music lessons!
We have also purchased a few instruments from them and are very pleased! The manager is very knowledgeable and offers great products at great prices!

Talk about a good find! Heart's Home is the nicest acoustic store I've been in, including travels around the country. Nice quality and prices from beginning to top end instruments in a gorgeous setting. Guitars/resonators/mandolins/banjos/fiddles/ukes, accessories, more... Helpful, knowledgeable staff, large selection. If you are looking for acoustic instruments this is a must see. Thank you, and we will be back soon.

Nice shop. Friendly folks. I took a Martin D18 in for a binding reglue and they fixed it up at a very fair price. Also bought a pickup from them and had it installed as well. Did a fine job on it and turned it all around reasonably quickly. I'm a satisfied customer and will visit them again.

This is possibility the classiest guitar store you will ever visit. Low to high prices. Good selection of fine instruments - guitars, ukes, fiddles and banjos and mandolins, too. Chaney is probably a great teacher - he is a fine player and we sat and jammed. What fun. Atmosphere is wonderful.

Love this place. Really friendly people. Great lessons and really nice selection of high end instruments. You might not recognize the name on a lot of the instruments in the store, but they are all handcrafted and far superior (tone and craftsmanship wise) to any big name maker you'd find.

A great guitar shop with top of the line instruments. A very welcoming staff greeted us and Shane even treated us with his superb guitar skills. My goal is to improve my skill level worthy of a guitar from Hearts Home Acoustics.

Chaney spent 30 minutes working on my violin that hasn't been touched in 40 years. I tried to buy strings, but he advised me the current ones would work for now. If you're looking for an instrument store that will advise in your best interest, this is the place!

Very good setup prices and service. My 7 year old strat needed some fret work, and they got it back to me quick and at a low cost. Found my setup and maintenance guy. I’m only using these guys from here on out.

Great store, knowledgeable and helpful staff. I had a lesson with Chaney, he is outstanding! He answered all my questions and explained everything very clearly. I feel like I made a year's progress in one lesson!
