Great variety of shakes and energy drinks with so many flavors it’s hard to choose. I just got a red velvet post workout shake that is so good. I also love the sour patch energy drink. The place has great vibes, good music and fun, friendly staff!

Super friendly place to get a healthy drink in Boerne. There are so many flavors of teas and protein shakes. The teas are 0g of sugar with different levels of caffeine and health benefits. The owners & employees will help you figure out which drink and flavor you might like best!

If you like chocolate and peanut butter, I recommend trying the Elvis shake. For the level up drinks, you should definitely try the Southern Paradise! Both are excellent and with those two things I stay filled up hours!

Stopped here on way back to Kansas to get a level 3 for my drive and had a awesome drink and service was great and the little girl running the cash register was great, glad she is learning important life stuff. She has a good mom! Or sister.

This place is amazing. The owners are so friendly and helpful. The service top notch and their teas and shakes are simply out of this world. Boerne is patiently waiting for more choices for healthy food and beverage offerings and this place hits the spot on the beverage/smoothie side. Love going there and plan on patronizing this place for years to come.

The owners are super friendly and helpful. They are native Texans, unlike the usual California health crowd that has inundated the area lately. She's from San Marcos and he's from San Antonio.

Thank god for this place!! I was recently at this location, when i walked in I was what seemed to be a skinny 80 pound albino child, however thought this life changing experience I now weigh 250 pounds of pure muscle and happen to have gained so much pigment in my skin I now absorb light. I recommended the beginner shake because that’s what I drank, any more and you might turn into Zeus himself and lose the ability to walk because you will now instead levitate, anyways recommend it but I am not a fan of the worker Amanda she has clearly developed an addiction to the shakes because as I was walking she decided to bench press me throttling me to the roof and back. Anyways have a blessed evening.

I AM HOOKED ON THIS PLACE! My coworker brought me one a week ago and I have had one almost every day since! It keeps me boosted and energized through the day! Plus they have pup cups! Do yourself a favor and go get a blueberry lemonade 💛 to die for!!

Such a friendly environment. Always so helpful when you have questions. If your running close to closing time just give them a call and they will get your drink ready. They are the best!
