The massage was so fantastic that I forgot my wedding ring and a DY ring also. Realized it the next day (today.) Went back and it was still there. The receptionist was just as excited and relieved as I was to find it. So sweet and literally made my year. Thank y’all! My new fave place. ❤

I have been coming here for about 6 months and every time has been wonderful. Always a good experience with all of the massage therapists, but Madi really knows how to get into my muscles well and listens to any adjustment of firmness I may need. 10/10 would recommend her.

Such a wonderful and truly rejuvenating treat! Love coming here- it’s completely unlike the other spa chains around here, they have a tranquility room with different types of tea you can sip on before your appointment (I usually get there a few minutes early and stay a little later to enjoy it). Madi is the most incredible, sweet, and hardworking therapist! She puts forth extra effort on my tough areas (neck and shoulders) and I leave feeling like a completely different person! I would Recommend her for anyone looking for a truly incredible massage!

Pearl was amazing, I received a gift from a friend for this place and I booked facial Ultimate Brightening Oxygen lift and I left after the treatment very happy.

What a great experience! Really enjoyed this place. Had my first facial here and it helped me understand the importance of taking better care of my skin, even at my age. It was a posh and professional experience that I would recommend to anyone in the West Plano area. They have good products as well!

The atmosphere at Spavia is wonderful, from the moment you walk through the doors you feel welcome and relaxed. Kay did an incredible job on my massage and did a little stretching also. I will definitely be back.

I have been going here for years. The staff is courteous, the premises are clean, and I always leave feeling much better than when I arrived. Do yourself a favor and ask for Jaliyah - she is very knowledgeable and definitely has the healing touch!

Madi is the best! She listens to my concerns, and takes her time working out the areas in my body that are really tense. But she does it in a relaxing way so I leave refreshed and ready to go!

Have had nothing but excellent service, Carissa is a wonderful massage therapist. She is caring and always knows exactly how to give me the best massage! If you’re looking for a massage between medium pressure and deep pressure, she knows how to find that happy medium. Definitely recommend Spavia and Carissa, specifically!

Emmanuel at Spavia is by far the best lmt I have ever had and this is coming from someone who has gone to several luxury spas with what was considered top notch lmt’s. Emmanuel is excellent at ensuring the pressure remains to your liking, educating you on the steps he is taking to heal your body. He genuinely is interested in helping you achieve total relaxation. Highly recommend! Be sure to leave him a deserving gratuity. I am telling you he is the absolute best!

Jaliyah is the G.O.A.T at facials. I had the hydraderm facial for the first time and it was very relaxing and my skin feels like gold. She applies the perfect pressure for a facial and I’m looking forward to my next appointment!!

Got deep tissue massage from Emmanuel the other day.. the best massage hands down. He definitely knows what he was doing. Would highly recommend him.

If you want someone who knows their stuff but doesn’t hold back on helping you learn why you’re hurting and how to help stop that. Chelsey is the person for you.

Best facial I’ve ever gotten! I got the soothing recovery facial since I’ve had some redness and irritation, and my skin was so calm and hydrated afterwards! I had Jaliyah and she was fantastic! She was so professional and soothing. They put you in a robe and you go into this relaxing waiting area with calming music and tea. It is definitely worth the price!

I have been a Spavia Plano member for several years and have always enjoyed their wonderful staff and services. This is my first review because I really want to acknowledge their new exceptional masseuse, Ambreen. Her massages are amazing and healing and I look forward to my future visits.

My massage therapist Ambreen Khan was able to help me with my pain. She provided me with stretches to do at home to keep the pain from returning. She was very knowledgeable.

A wonderful Spa for prenatal/maternity care. All the staff were incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. The specialist Ambreen was great and took such good care of me for my massage. And I went on my birthday so they threw in a complimentary foot treatment as well as 10 extra minutes on my massage. I would give them a 10/10 if I could. I will be returning.

The atmosphere was very relaxing and the front office staff was very friendly. Gisela was amazing. She made me feel very relaxed and taught me a lot about proper skin care. She even recommended a few products for me. I can tell she is very knowledgeable. I booked another appointment with her for two weeks away. Can't wait to come back. 😊
