Update: it has been a couple of months since my previous review and I recently closed on a property. Ruben was patient and persistent. He stuck with us for our entire journey of finding the find property. It took us about four months to find a property that made sense for my partner and I - and Ruben never stopped showing up for us. He is creative with how he crafts his deals and he will have your best interest in mind. We plan on working with Ruben on our next deal!
