NAPA Auto Parts - M&M Auto & Truck Parts

We lost power to our headlights and kept blowing fuses. We found this NAPA store on the feeder road of I-35. It was a Sunday and we were so glad it was open.
Brandon who was the guy who assisted us in the store was fantastic. He saved us $209 - he looked at the light switch we had and said he didn’t think that was the problem. He felt it was a fuse or a short in the line somewhere.
We bought fuses.
He suggested a campground where he was staying. He also said that on his day off, he’d be willing to come by and take a look.
Brandon went above and beyond and we are grateful for him!
My husband found another fuse panel the next day and replaced blown fuses except for one. We texted Brandon at NAPA and he said he’d bring one by after work. Now that really is amazing customer service!!!

This Store on Frontage Road just have the most knowledgeable and helpful Workers we ever have met for all your needs !! We went there with some questions to certain Products, whilst we asked many Questions and got all the Answers right away without having the feelings we did annoyed the Service Members to some point !! Patiently and very friendly and helpful the Staff took it's Time to satisfy the Customer and even offered a Delivery Service !! Wow 😲👍😊what great experiences we had there without being pushed to buy anything, but we did bought exactly for what we came for and we will using this Store for our next Project in the Future !! Talked with Juan on a couple F250 batteries and he had them waiting & also got a bucket list discount that was going on for 20% off. Great service/quick/great price. Looks like I’ll be driving a little out of the way but definitely worth it.

I drive a semi and I had a coolant hose leak and needed to get back on the road. I was helped by 2 gentlemen men yesterday. Who introduced me to self fusing silicone tape aka radiator tape. I bought the tape some antifreeze and other stuff. Boy did that tape work and get me home 4hours and 232 miles later. Thank you Guys so much yall came thru with the clutch and really saved me time and money. If I'm ever in the area I'd like to stop by and thank the guys myself. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone with car or semi truck issue these guys really know what there doing. 👍👊💯🙏✊👏 I'd give you guys more props If I could man really thanks brothers I'm forever grateful.

Great service, I get parts from these almost every day. If they don't have it on their shelf they get it brought in quickly.

Had exactly what I needed when I needed it when others didn't have it in inventory. The worker was very nice as well.

Great service. It's kind of hidden off the access road, due to trees, but I'm so glad I stopped here, got what I needed and went straight home. 🙂
