I have been a patient of Dr. Terry Hollingsworth for 9 years.
Dr. Terry Hollingsworth is an EXCELLENT Physician who cares deeply for his patients. The service that he provides, coupled with his skillful patient care, incredible medical knowledge, and outstanding patient follow up are second to none. Finally, the genuine concern that he displays for his patients shows that he is the very embodiment and blueprint of a physician who respects his Hippocratic Oath of ethics of, "First, do no harm." Dr Terry is a very good doctor. He is listen and explain everything to you. He is friendly and you can ask all questions. He takes his time with you and when you leave messages the staff get back to you within the time they say. I will never leave this clinic. This is the place to go. He treat you like you are part of his family. I am a talker. He is very patient with me. Thank you Dr Terry. I encourage anyone to go to see him.

Dr. Nataki Hollingsworth is the most caring and knowledgeable physician I have ever had. Our family has been with her for the last 10 years that includes all 5 of my children, my husband, myself and my mother in law. You will not find better care in the Dallas metroplex.

I actually had a wonderful experience today with dr. hollingsworth. I haven't seen a doctor never in my life so I was very nervous. He made it so easy for me and was a listening ear when I just needed to talk . I give you a thousand stars sir. Thank you for making my visit exceptional....

I love Dr. Nataki! I agree with Joyce Howard. Brandy was very rude and always looked unhappy. I heard that she was gone. I avoided going to see the doctor because of her. I am going to make an appointment now.

OMG I just Love both DR. MR.& Mrs. Hollingsworth,very caring and concern,been visiting them for 13 years now, they were our DR.s in Rowlett too and I really had to follow them to Sachse .

I really liked Dr. Hollingsworth. Unfortunately, I changed insurance due to the rising costs. Now he is out of network. I liked my doctor. I couldn't keep my doctor.

Everyone was very nice. The Hollingsworth doctors were extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Their front office staff need some work. None of them smiled and barely greeted me. I think the numerous documents I had to complete for each of my children prior to seeing the doctor could have been expedited by mailing the documents ahead of time to bring on the day of their appointment. Due to the poor planning, we were in the office for 3+ hrs. Their were no children toys, books, movies or anything in this "family" office to entertain children so they were quite restless and so was I.

My husband is a patient of Dr Hollingsworth. He has to have surgery on his back with a neurosurgeon. He needed a referral from Hollingsworth. I found the surgeon, passed it on to Hollingsworth. There was only one appointment available for the surgeon the next week. The referral was not sent in time and I had to beg the surgeon to give my husband that appointment. Finally, after me going to Hollingsworth office the surgeon received the referral. We scheduled surgery, had to have pre-ops done with Hollingsworth. Great! They were all done, labs, ekg, X-ray, etc. His office was supposed to send them to the surgeons office. They DID NOT SEND THEM! I had to go to their office again and insist it’s done before I would leave. The nurse, Ashley, immediately took care of it all! That’s the only reason Hollingsworth office received 2 stars from me instead of one! Ashley did something that the office staff should have already done the week before! Thank heavens for her! This was the day before surgery! If Ashley had not done that I don’t know if they would have postponed my husband’s surgery. No one communicates at this office, if you call, you never speak to the same person twice.

I love the doctor but office staff is rude and gives different information every time I call. I am always put on hold for a long time more than once. I hate to look for another doctor but I have dealt with the rude staff for 2 years now hoping it would improve so it's time to find a more together office.
