Pediatric Associates of Wylie

We’ve been going to Pediatric Associates of Wylie for about 6 months now. We see Dr. Tran who was the only doctor accepting new patients at the time. We’ve been pleased with everything so far. The office itself is very nice and clean and has a well patient waiting are and sick patient waiting area. All the front office staff and nurses have been very friendly and kind. They even did the flu shot for the whole family back in the fall. We had a little bit of prescription issue going back and forth with insurance but think that was more of an insurance snafu than the doctor’s office.

Dr. Tran takes her time and listens to both myself and my child. She is caring and takes her time to really meet the needs of her patients. The front office staff is also really great as well.

Dr. Tran is friendly and takes her time with appointments. The staff is polite and they're able to get you in for sick visits same day. I was very thankful for Suzanne (I believe she's a PA, but not sure) she saw my son at a sick visit when Dr. Tran was out. She really took her time, was gentle and very patient with my not-so cooperative toddler. She even called back a couple of days later to follow up, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend Suzanne!!! Thank you!

I love Dr Adams! My daughter was extremely sick and she did a very thorough check to get the accurate results of what was causing her symptoms. She truly cares about her patients. I highly recommend her!

Both of my kids see Dr. Tran since they are a few months old. She is very knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, and address all of our concerns. Definitely one of the best doctor I know.

I absolutely love this office. When my son was having breathing issues, the office staff (Sandy/Beth) went above and beyond by calling and emailing to get my son in on an already packed Friday afternoon. Dr. Tran has always had an amazing manner with my son since he was born. She knew when his breathing on this visit was a serious issue, fit him into her schedule, and (after assessing) referred him to Children’s immediately. I am so grateful!! Afterward, she made a super easy to follow asthma plan and he is doing great!!

My son is 6 months old and I am SO glad I chose Dr Mary Collins to be his pediatrician. She takes her time and listens! I work in the medical field and you do not come across that too often. At the first visit I knew we were going to stay with her because when she listened to my sons heart she thought she may have heard a murmur and even had another doctor come in to listen. She wasn’t quick to just run a bunch of tests right off the bat. Some people may look at it differently but that is what a great doctor does!! She always sits there with my son and takes time to evaluate/play with him and reassures us about our concerns at every single visit!! People are always so quick to not choose certain doctors because they are young. They have the most up to date knowledge and take their time with each patient. Love love love!

My oldest son (now 9) has been coming here since he was 2 and this clinic has also seen my 15 month old since he was born. I don't understand prior post complaints about insurance as I have never had any issues and my plans have changed over time. It's not ridiculous for a clinic to want to verify they aren't working for free- do YOU work for free? Dr. Tran sees both of my boys and I cannot speak more highly of her. She is kind, gentle with the kids, and speaks to you in ways that are not parent shaming or condescending, like I have experienced at some different practices. There have been times she wasn't available and I have seen 2-3 nurse practitioners who are just as great. I have never been turned away from a same day illness visit, nor have I had to wait more than 15 or so minutes in the lobby at my appointment. In fact, on multiple occasions our name has been called before I even finish the 2 pages of paperwork. My baby had RSV at 10 weeks and had to go to the ER after we discovered it over a holiday weekend taking him to an urgent care. This clinic didn't hesitate to call me the next business day when they received the information from the hosptial just to check up on him. They really do care about their patients. I would highly recommend.

This is my all time favorite pediatrician. Dr Musson is amazing, all 3 of my children have been her patients since 2014. All of the nurses are awesome too, never a single bad experience. I've moved away from Wylie but will continue to drive 45 minute one way to continue seeing her. Yes, she's that good of a doctor and great office.

I love this clinic, I been taking my daughter here since she was 2 and half months old. At first we had Dr. Richardson but she went to work at a hospital and she let us know she was leaving. So now we see Dr. Matthew, she is very sweet and nice , she is so good with my daughter and she cares and you can tell she cares. And if she is out we see Dr.Adams. And if the clinic is closed we will go to nit hawk and the communicate really good with my daughter primary doctor.

We have been going to Pediatrics of Wylie for at least 13 years and have always been happy with them. I have never had a complaint about anyone in the office. Dr. Lanman and the nurses are always patient and kind, my kids are completely at ease in this office. I recommend this office to anyone looking for a pediatrician.

The staff is extremely sweet and helpful. They are always fast to fill out forms and send them to schools. Every time we have needed to get in for an illness they found a way to get us in on the same day. Lindsey and Dr. Collins are great with kids. My boys love this clinic. I usually have to drag them out screaming because they want to stay and play.

I have been taking all 4 of my kiddos here since they were born. We love this place and love Dr. Lanman. I feel like she actually listens to me and would never push doing something I’m uncomfortable with. She takes the time to explain things and make sure we’re on the same page.

We have been using this office for 2 years, when we switched from another pediatrician who missed a fairly obvious diagnosis in my 6 month old. We have been completely happy with this office and all the care providers. We have seen 4 different physicians, but our regular doctor is Dr. Souers. She is never in a rush and spends extra time to make sure we understand the care our child is being given. She always gives us an option when tests/medications are not necessary and trusts us with making informed decisions in our child's care. Having come from a pediatrician that did not do this, I appreciate her technique, demeanor, and personality.

I am a first time mom and a little overboard because as most new moms I never know what is "call your doctor" and what is "just a cold" but every single time I call up there I get someone nice to help me and clarify if my daughter needs to be seen. They will even let me make an appointment and if things get better, I can cancel so I can have that piece of mind. There are so many wonderful staff members but of course the two that stand out are the two I deal with the most often and that is Leslie (Leslie has worked as the assistant and as up front and any time I have ever walked into that office and seen her she is the sweetest and nicest person. She acts as if you are the only person there and really takes her time, no matter how frazzled you may be) and my pediatrician, Dr Rachel Souers; she really is the best. I have seen most of the associates and they are wonderful too, but I am so glad that I chose Dr Souers she is honest, understanding, takes her time and really listens to all of your concerns (even if it is just first time crazy mother issues). Thank you all for being wonderful.

I have been taking my kids to this office for 3 years now. We see Dr Musson and she is excellent! We just had the yearly checkup for both of my kids today and I was so impressed by Dr. Musson taking the time to answer all of my questions. She doesn't rush at all and doesn't make you feel bad if your kids are jumping around the room like little monkeys.

Dr. Musson got my youngest through RSV when he was 7 weeks old and was so patient and caring. She fit us in for a recheck when her schedule was full and is just the best. She is also happy to refer my kids to specialists if/when needed.

The front desk staff is always friendly and welcoming when we arrive or schedule appointments. Nurse Amy is also sweet and does a great job getting vitals, giving vaccines, etc without freaking the kids out.

We have been using Pediatric's Associates of Wylie now for a year. The office is always clean and welcoming as are the staff. The Doctors were as equally friendly and willing to spend the time to talk about any question you have about your child. I would highly recommend as the place to go for all your child's health needs.

We have been going to Wylie Pediatrics for more than 10 years. Dr. Musson, Betsy, Angie and the rest of the staff make you feel like family. They are absolutely amazing! The truly care about your health care needs.

We absolutely LOVE Dr. Nicole Lanman and the rest of the office staff at Wylie Pediatrics. Dr. Lanman has a way of building rapport with children and their parents that always makes you feel heard, understood, and cared for. Her memory of my children and their medical history is outstanding; she never makes you feel like just a number. She has amazing bed side manner and most importantly, works hard to find what the root cause of my children's sicknesses are; we never leave without a treatment plan and accurate diagnosis. She does not have a "God complex" which really helps you to feel comfortable and like you are working together to come up with a solution to the issue. She really listens to what you as the parent are saying, takes her time, and asks the right questions to gather more information. I could go on and on about how much we appreciate all that Dr. Lanman has done for my family. We have been blessed to have a phenomenal pediatrician in Dr. Nicole Lanman for the past two years. I would never go anywhere else. I HIGHLY recommend her to everyone.

We've been taking both our kids here since they were born. We usually see Michael or Betsy. Both have great bedside manner. They both are great with our kids, listen to our concerns, and never rush. We leave satisfied every visit.
