I was referred to Oscar at Willow Bend Jewelers by another company because they were unable to repair a gorgeous cuff that has a large center stone that had chipped and could no longer be secured with the existing prongs. It’s a statement piece that I wanted to keep for decades.

Oscar was able to fully repair the cuff finding an ingenious way to accommodate the chipped center stone. On top of that, Oscars price was very fair and his turnaround time was prompt within days.

I Highly recommend Oscar/Willow Bend Jewelers and will be returning for my other needs.

I usually never leave a review,but this place did an amazing job on a ring that was badly damaged after getting in the disposal. The ring looks as good or not better than the first time I got it 35 years ago. It was very sentimental to me since it was from my Grandma when I was 10 years old and I nearly died thinking it couldn't be fixed.Not only did they do an amazing job but got this out in two days and only charged $105 dollars. Anywhere else would of charged probably 100 or 200 more. I will definatly be using them again. Thank you so much for saving this ring!

I just had a wedding ring resized here and it is absolutely perfect! I know resizing is usually pretty straight forward, but this band is engraved on the outside so resizing would usually be very obvious because the engraving would not be continuous, but they took such great care to make the engraving so seamless that there’s no way to tell it was ever any different! It is perfect and I am SO beyond happy! Thank you!

I had taken my new Tudor watch to get some links removed at another jewelry store. They made me leave it overnight just to call me back and say they couldn’t do it. I went to willow bend jewelers and they were able to get the links removed in 5 minutes. Super friendly. I will be going back for all my jewelry needs!

Needed a watch battery replaced and a repair on my wedding ring. Battery replacement was done on the spot. Had to leave the ring for a few days since it needed detailed repairs including resetting one of the accent stones and adjusting the prongs around the center stone. Very pleased with the work! Will go back if future repairs needed

I had a great time and experience while at Willow Bend Jewelers. I went in to have the battery in my watch changed and left out knowing that I will back to purchase a ring that caught my eye. Owner goes above and beyond expectation and is super friendly. He’s done all my watch repairs with excellent quality. He also fixed a diamond cut necklace for me that no one else would touch because it was so delicate. Excellent service there’s nothing these guys cant repair. 10/10 !

Came into resize my watch and Abid did it in less than 5 minutes. I thought I was happy with the fit when I was walking out but then realized it was a bit tight, so I came back. He was more than happy to put a link back in my watch. Also told me that if i needed the watch resized again down the road I can do so without charge. Excellent customer service and very kind.

My earring back was stuck as I’d placed a push on back on to a screw earring. He was able to remove the back without any pressure on the ear. Really appreciate him taking the time as I had a wedding that evening which needed different earrings.

I visited with Oscar to repair my brooch (replace the magnet with a pin) and Oscar was able to produce excellent results at a very reasonable cost. I will recommend this jeweler to my family & friends for any/all jewelry needs. Thank You Oscar :~)

Absolutely loved the custom-made ring the owner helped us make! We were getting married in 2 weeks and I felt like i needed to settle on a ready-made wedding ring. We had visited so many other stores but I never fell in love with a ring. I was so overwhelmed by all the options but the owner of this store helped me narrow down what I was looking for in a ring and gave very helpful information about diamond varieties and band widths. I showed him a Pinterest board of the type of rings I liked and he helped design a mock-up of the ring for me the same day! In the end he never pushed for us to go with him but he was so helpful and knowledgeable in his field, we felt we could trust him. He worked with our very tight deadline and delivered me the ring of my dreams!! Would 100% go with him again if I wanted any more jewelry made. 10/10 service and the price was very reasonable!

Oscar was great! I got all my jewelry cleaned for my wedding and the process was so easy. Everything looks brand new.

Brought watches and jewelry to him multiple times for band fittings, battery replacement, etc and it's always fast. He always works to get you the best price too. This is my choice of jeweler in DFW.

Knowing next to nothing about jewelry and therefore being very wary of being taken advantage of, I was fortunate enough to find Oscar at Willow Bend. Oscar went above and beyond in helping me pick out the perfect engagement ring. Oscar was genuine and honest in explaining different cuts of stones and teaching me about some of the gimmicky practices that big box jewelry stores use to up-charge customers. In the end he helped me to design a beautiful engagement ring with two amethyst stones (my fiancée’s favorite color is purple) and a gorgeous lab grown diamond at an exceptional price. We will definitely be back for our wedding bands and any other jewelry needs!
