One of my many loves in this world is collecting Swarovski crystals. This store is a corporate store and so not always on sale but their selection is quite nice. The staff are professional and knowledgeable about their product and releases. This is a wonderful place to get these special items if you are a collector.

Humberto and Macy are absolutely amazing!!! I had a watch that needed to be resized and they welcomed me with open arms even though i came right at closing. Would buy more things based on their customer service alone!!!

I stopped by today for an “emergency” gift for my Sis from another Mister. I found this beautiful zodiac bear for her. Ana did an amazing job assisting me by packaging my gift beautifully for my friend.
This store definitely does not need any good Reviews, however Ana Torres in The Shops of Willow Bend location does. She took the time to take care of me and my needs. Her bosses do need to know how incredibly Awesome she is!!
Do I recommend this location? You bet I do, and Ana’s Terrific Customer Service skills made me believe once again, that there are out there individuals that do care to represent a great company, and great products even though those do not need it at all. I ended up buying a phone accessory too. I am telling you Ana created a Wonderful buying experience.

Shop inside willow bend mall ...Though not that much variety at the store the staff is nice.. !!

Outstanding service. Unlike the rude associates at the Grapevine Mills store, which I reviewed earlier, the staff at this Willow Bend store was very friendly and helpful. They assisted me with trying on several pieces of jewelry, and assured me that (contrary to what I was told at Grapevine Mills) their store is not a franchise, it is a regular Swarovski, and furthermore, there is no corporate policy against trying on jewelry prior to purchase. On the contrary- when I was undecided about which of several pieces to try, the sales associate offered that I try them all! I am so happy with the service at this store and with the purchase I made, and I will absolutely be coming back.

The staff was incredible and very knowledgeable about the different collections. They helped my mom and I find the perfect jewelery to add to our collections.

Excellent customer service. I live out of town & had 1 item break and they mailed me a new one with a prepaid label for the return. Awesome service without having to ask!

Great place, but I have a suggestion for more foot traffic, why not put a pair of Swarovski binoculars and a few scopes in there, it will really drive and then into the store

Alex and Kelsey were so helpful and help me resolve the incompetency and indifference of the Swarovski in DFW.
The store is large and has only the latest designs. Alex showed me all the brightest and best of 2018.

Do not by from any Swarovski store except the one in Willowbend and from either Kelsey or Alex.

Back ground: I purchase an item in the Swarovski store inside of the American Airlines terminal. During my purchase Glenda did not let me know of the return policy ( I would have to come back to the airport to return the item). I assume that I could take my return to any store but was informed by the Alex this would not be possible because corporates stores are separate from privately own stores ( like DFW airport). Alex and Kelsey were so helpful and resolve the incompetency and indifference of the Swarovski in DFW.
