This was my 3rd time at this salon with 2 different stylists. Both of them were great and I will continue to go here. Both of them listened to me explain what I wanted and they asked me questions to make sure they understood before they started. The results are always great. Currently I am seeing Devin, and she is wonderful!

I went into Penny's looking for a dress for a wedding. We went through several different dresses until we found one that looked good on me.

This is a place that my mom worked at and had 17 years in with JCPenney's They have good selections of products and really nice jewelry not to mention I also have a close friend that works there too really good company really good store

Great sales/ clearance sections. Store has to put anti-devices on name brand sports clothes because people were shoplifting. Plenty of parking. Lots of Kraken and Seahawks items. Employees are very helpful.

Customer service was great,so helpful. Holiday decorations and products are out and beautiful..

Loved, loved, loved the female that works in the photo gallery!! She was amazing! My big family came in, me & my siblings and our own families along with my mom, so there were many different shots, scenes, people, kids, crying, fighting, horsing around, chaos!! She breezed through it! That girl deserves a raise!

Maybe a dinosaur but it isn't extinct just yet. The staff here are friendly and the selection isn't bad.

Started going here because I was looking for a good haircut (for myself and my mother) at a decent price. I have short hair and don't do anything crazy to it. Don't need a chemical technician but I do want a Good cut.
I tried JC Penney's Spa and was able to get a nice friendly stylist (Mandy) who does a good job on my and my mother's hair! They charge a reasonable fee for short haircuts. They take reservations and we don't have to wait when we show up.
It's just an all-around good place to go. It's not the fanciest place in town but they have treated us well and do a good job. Can't ask for more than that!

5 star all the way. Love my haircut and highlights by Linda. Front desk very professional.

I love taking my granddaughter there. We have lots of fun and I want to spend as much time with here's I can.

I got offered a Job there while working for another Company lol that was awesome. Great Beauty Category as well--nice gals!

I rarely go to anything in the mall, but went to buy something for a memorial service that's to be inside, but the family graveside service will be cold in December. I found exactly what I needed in my sizes and will be able to layer up for the outside service and still look very nice. Staff were super friendly and helpful, even the day after black Friday!

As always, an excellent session in the Salon with Andrea! She's been my stylist since the early 80s when the mall opened - and does wonders with my fine and thinning hair. I'd be lost without her ... but fortunately she's much younger than I am. :-)
I enjoy my appointments, and interacting with all the very personable staff. Prices are I believe reasonable ($35 for my haircut, $74? for perm) though I don't know what charges are at any other salon (and don't care - the draw is Andrea!). Besides, it's a pleasant interlude in my day.

I had an issue with my Site to Store order which would cause the item to arrive after I needed them. Merissa graciously offered to find another item to replace it with at no extra cost in store. With the help of her, Robin and Mary I got the items I needed and took a big weight off my shoulders. Totally saved the day, Huge Thank You!!

I was impressed with how clean and beautiful this store was set up and merchandised. I went to this location to look at their Sephora, and while the staff were bright and bubbly, their Sephora was very picked over. Which I understand is not their fault so I will not be removing a star. Staff experience shines here!

I received excellent service from one of your store clerks named Ethna. From the moment I arrived in the women's discounted clothing section, till the time I checked out, she made sure I had everything I needed. She was helpful, pleasant, kind-hearted, and generous with her time. Very Impressed! She surely is a top quality employee. Thanks, Penneys for making my shopping experience exceptional!

It’s a great place to shop. Their salon is affordable and the staff there are awesome
I’ve been in this store since 1988 (since I was 2 years old)
This place is the last original store of the Kitsap Mall of 1985. Since every other store has been replaced by other stores or closed.
I plan to continue to shop at that store
Or if this store continues to survive, (JCPenney is at chapter 11 bankruptcy as of 2021) I’m going to apply being an employee there for a secondary job.

As always, you only need an idea of what you want as far as window treatments, their professionals know the rest. I absolutely love buying curtains and blinds here. Always a quality product that accents the room beautifully.
