I love coming here. Great deals on a lot of items. The only thing I cannot STAND and it is at no fault to the employees as I know it is a corporate thing, but it's not a nice shopping experience when you are harassed multiple times through a transaction to sign up for their terrible credit card. They will do the spiel and I'll say no, and they continue to go on and on and ask about 3 more times "are you sure, you get these benefits" "okayyyy if you're sure" "you'd save $15 dollars today if you did!" No, I said NO. I hate corporations making employees push these things on their customers, makes a good shopping experience obnoxious.

The store is clean and organized. The ladies at the jewelry counter are very helpful but not pushy. I checked out with ease and will definitely be back when I am in town.

Nicely organized and clean store. There is plenty of off the street parking. Handicapped friendly parking and handicapped friendly store. Highly visible from the main road and accessible to and from the Interstate. Staff is friendly and very helpful.

Yo... So I haven't been here in ages. I went there the other day and I liked this store. It's definitely under rated. Way better than Ross and much more organized. They have a tiny selection for men's clothing. But I still think it's a 10/10

Christmas shopping I found something for almost everyone! All cash registers were open and that made everything go smooth. No one waiting in line for too long. Great Job!

Absolutely fantastic customer service! Got great items at the 'after Christmas sale' sale! LOTS of great items. Eva acknowledged me as soon as I entered the store and had a fresh face and a happy vibe. And an hour later as I passed her at the jewelry counter she even gave me a compliment. THEN, she checked me out at the register! This lady knows how to work a room!!! This TJ Maxx is not the closest one to home but I will travel the extra 30 minutes for this kind of customer service, a clean store, full shelves and a "I'm glad you shopped here tonight!" feeling!!

TJ Maxx is one of my favorite destinations for household things, decor, gifts and clothing. This location is usually quite clean and always has super friendly cashiers up front. They have great yoga/exercise mats for $5-$10! 😍

What an Experience!! I have Worked with Fortune 500 Companies and seldom do I run into a place where the Employees are Helpful Kind and seek to make your Experience 1st class! I came in with a short amount of time and in a bit of a hurry and was delighted to Get Exceptional Service and an Exceptional Experience. Biry (Viry) and Helen are amazing! From the time I walked in to the time I left I felt Valued Appreciated and Genuinely cared about as a return customer. I suggest you place these amazing ladies in front of all your customers as I know they will exceed any goals or quotas with their Great Attitude and Work Habit. I saw Humble hard working individuals that excel in Customer Service and Experience. For any customers looking at my Review I suggest you seek Helen or Biry in your visit in. Both these ladies are very kind and helpful and will answer any questions with Integrity and care. I hope you all Have An amazing day and God bless you all!

I like this store. But offering their card and inviting you to apply for one every single time you buy something is kinda annoying. Still 5 stars.

Every time I stop in silverdale this is the first place I go. I love coming before school starts as well as around Christmas time and other holidays. They carry so many things and have a ton of wonderful brands all throughout their store. Their prices are great and always reasonable and the store is so fun and has so much to look at and buy. I love their makeup/beauty/skin section as there is a bunch of stuff and a lot of good well known brands to buy from. I also love their home decor section and I also love that their food section has GF items in it because I have Celiac Disease and I love seeing when stores carry food items that I can actually eat. It makes me so happy whenever I shop here, and the staff is always super friendly and helpful. This is my favorite TJ MaXX in Washington as well as one of my favorite stores of all time.

Amazing sweaters, fun atmosphere, and the super busy manager was so helpful and friendly! TJ Maxx needs to give her a BIG Christmas raise! Happy Holidays to her and her lovely staff!🎅🏽☃🎄🎁

Got a great pair of T shoes for 36.00 Adidas really nice, everyone friendly and really practicing social distancing, not many people in the store, which was good for me! I always get a good buy on things at T.J. Max.

Excellent customer service. Had an item that did not work properly. But lost the receipt. They gave me store credit and took the item back with no problem. I will definitely be a repeat customer

I swear I'll buy at least one thing anytime I go in, very well kept store. Transactions quick and friendly cashier's. Always worth a trip.

One of my favorite shops TJ Maxx variety of things four very good price worth just taking your time and checking out all the true Little Treasures in between I wouldn't take small kids it wouldn't give you the opportunity to really kind of look for what is there I can take 3 to 4 hours sometimes just searching for that special thing and awesome price way mark down happy shopping
