The Point Casino & Hotel

I have visited most of the casinos in Washington State and The Point is by far my favorite for so many reasons! They always have such a great variety of new machines while still maintaining the older ones as well for us who still enjoy them. They offer various restaurants and dining options including delivery of food and/or drinks straight to you where you are gaming using the slot machine menu which I have not seen anywhere else! If it's late and your still hungry the pizza shop inside is open late and is tasty! Though the hotel rooms are affordable, they still have the comfort, amenities and feel of a room that would be much more expensive (don't get me started on the double shower heads!) The staff in the hotel, cashiers, security guards, players club and even the ones that are constantly sanitizing and cleaning the casino are all so kind, friendly, helpful and always willing to stop to chat if you want but also aware of the gamers who love to not be bothered being discreet and respectful as they clean around them.
Now for the MOST important part to most casino patrons. The players clubs perks!! The Point casino by far offers the most and the best benefits to their club members! Free hotel rooms, food vouchers, Freeplay, gift giveaways of quality name brand items are given every week, they also give birthday gifts, ferry fare reimbursement, free shuttles, and so so much more!
Long explanation short I love the point and recommend it through and through to everyone who asks which casino is the best. I win the most here, have the best time and feel comfortable and appreciated as a customer and guest by the staff every single time I'm here.

I’m only sharing about our experience at the casino! I haven’t stayed in the hotel yet. It was my first time visiting and playing at this casino and I had nothing but a 10/10 experience. We first walked in this morning and the ladies at the front desk were so kind and helpful and gave us dining credits! I loved the overall hospitality and friendliness. We also ended up winning a little bit which was nice ;$) we had just stopped in for a little day trip from Seattle. I will definitely be coming back!!

I went there just to see and hear Steve Kelly and his band. That lead guitar player ROCKS! Everything was awesome!

The Boom Room! The place to be for all the hottest concerts. Every band thats any band stops here for atleast 1 night of fantastic fun, and good .memories. the sound and setup of this venue is perfect for its size and customer base. Price point is on Point! Ive been to a couple. But very excited for my childhood favorite Skid Row! And buckcherry to beat the boot. My childhood sweetheart and still dear friends today is making the trip for this epic night at the boom room- Point Casino and Hotels.

I love the entrance to the hotel and when you arrive inside the drink stations are awesome and people are nice there. I personally love the game called wolf-run 🐺

It snowed while we were there and it was beautiful while we were there.

I just wish they had more merchandise @ the Gift shop.
No hats or T shirts so I bought a shot glass with the Point on it.

I was working on cell towers when I came here me and my co worker took the boat across with our crane truck. Finished the cell tower then checked into our seperate rooms and feasted like kings!!!
Clean Rooms!!!

The rooms are beautiful, modern and clean. We stayed on the top floor close to the entrance and it was very quiet. The beds are comfortable making sleeping easy. We will definitely stay there again. The only drawback is the distance between the parking lot and the entrance.

Love this place,staff is a little grumpy for the most part. But I have to say my favorite casino around the sound.

Always a great treat my dad and his company built the hotel so i always enjoy the trip up to The Point. The rooms are always clean and tight. Don’t have a bad thing to share about this establishment.

It's not huge to where you feel lost.
Non-smoking room. It's a wonderful gift shop, comfort food.
There are a couple of bars.
It has an amazing hotel. King and queen rooms and the suits are beautiful, and the housekeeping is very detailed and clean.

My husband and I spent July 10th weekend at The Point. Room was clean and luxurious. Restaurant was superb. Seafood Cabanero was a meal that we will return for. Jesse, the shuttle driver, went out of his way to make the trip easy for us as my husband is 93 and uses a Walker. He was the biggest PR asset for this place. We live in an independent retirement community and have spread the word. We will definitely return and make The Point a favorite weekend getaway.

Let's start with the casino, The Point offers both smoking and non-smoking areas. You will find 1,000's of modern electronic games & table games (only open during busy times). There seems to be plenty of servers on the floor, to bring you drinks while you're playing.
The food, the quality of their offerings are great. There's a deli open all hours. A pizza joint that makes great pies and they are open late. There's also a couple restaurants, one casual and one fine dining. I have eaten at all of them and have no complaints. I especially like the Killer Crab omelette, for breakfast.
The hotel, is modern, stylish, and comfortable. The rooms include a coffee maker, wifi access, & several USB charging ports around the room.

Update: I wrote this review a couple years ago. We just returned from another stay there (Jan 2024). All of the above is still true and accurate. There was a really great band in the lounge. Many of the slots are new and there is a sports book. They have added what they call 'a classic happy hour'. Which includes half-off well drinks and draft beers, from 4p-6p daily. I did give only 4-star for service bc there were not many, if any cocktail servers on the casino floor. Nobody wants to leave their game to get a drink from the bar!

Clean rooms, quiet, comfy beds. Been here a couple times and have not been disappointed. Beautifully manicured porch, great music on fridays. We ordered a pizza and it was superb!¡!!

I enjoy going to this casino. It doesn't take long to get there from the ferry terminal. The hotel is very nice with comfortable beds. They have a few places in the casino to eat and also in the hotel. There is no buffet since the pandemic. The bistro is very good. Good choices of appetizers, entrees and delicious desserts.

Rooms are extremely clean and nice nice view out on the patio on the second and third floor. Food is always great tasting and different varieties places to eat inside the casino and they have two non-smoking areas and just the ambiance really nice center bar huge TVs really great.

Visited just for the casino.. smoking side and non smoking available. Small to medium size casino.. good game selection. Clean, can't smell cigarettes, free self station for pop and coffee. I won total of over $350 on a few machines but I am a max better lol.
I would come back if I was in the area again. Enjoyed myself

Great location and they give you a chance to win.. I'm from Michigan we have casino's to. But not as customer friendly.. only problem with me was being charged for my drinks lol I'm used to if you stay ,play , and eat. Drinks are free lol any state I've been to
