Nestled in the serene countryside of Bainbridge Island, Pegasus Coffee is a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. As the island's first coffee establishment, it exudes a quaint charm that instantly captivates visitors.

Stepping into Pegasus, I was greeted by the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the inviting scent of buttery croissants. The rustic decor and warm ambiance create a cozy retreat from the outside world, making it the perfect spot for a leisurely morning or afternoon.

The coffee itself is exceptional—rich, flavorful, and expertly crafted. Whether you prefer a robust espresso or a creamy latte.

And let's not forget about the croissants—they are simply divine. Light, flaky, and generously buttery, they pair perfectly with a steaming cup of coffee for the ultimate indulgence.

Some of the nicest people I've met in Seattle - both the staff and the locals.

I found this place on maps before I even caught my flight, so today I took the ferry over to Bainbridge knowing at least Pegasus was on the other side.

Originally I planned to stop by for the vegan donuts but ended up staying for 3 hours and doing some work.

No one bothered me about the laptop, and on the contrary, multiple people stopped to chat to me about my camera (and accent)!

Great vibes, great vegetarian breakfast bagel, great cake (and vegan donuts!), wide selection of teas, and clear knowledge of what is what regarding diets and allergens.

Glad I went - wish I had time to go back!

One of the nicest and coolest coffee shops I’ve ever been to. We tried Vanilla Latte and Chai Tea Latte. Coffee is full of flavor. For coffee lovers, this place is heaven on earth.

We visited this adorable coffee shop twice and loved our time there. We tried a mocha, vanilla latte, pumpkin spice latte, and an americano. All delicious. Pastries were even better! Don’t sleep on the cinnamon roll!

Highlight of the shop is their vibe and beautiful storefront. Perfect for that Instagram shot!

My best friends all flew up from California in September this year, and we came to Pegasus Coffee and we all immediately all fell in love with the lattes and atmosphere! We went back the next morning too. The pumpkin pie latte was so true to the actual flavor of the pie treat and super creative take on the PSL!

This cafe is famous for its outfit because it changes by season. Coffee has full flavor taste. I bought coffee beans here, it was super great with reasonable price. It sells coffee with 15-20 dollars. You can also enjoy yacht view near this cafe. Highly recommend to visit this shop for your journey!

What a great vibe! Good coffee, good breakfast/lunch offerings. Limited seating for the amount of clients they had. They have indoor and outdoor seating. They have a parking lot plus street parking. The building in itself is a historical structure, where Japanese where ordered to assemble during the World War II era. They also offer a wide variety of pastries

I love this place! I would go again and again just for the smoked salmon bagel :) I haven’t tried the other items on the menu yet but I hope to with their Seattle location

This is a cute coffee shop located near the water. It has covered outside seating as well. The place was bustling even as we arrived quite early in the morning. We got a mocha, a drip, orange hazelnut croissant, onion pinwheel, nutella bite and bacon egg sandwich with garlic aioli. The mocha was great however the drip wasn’t that good. The sandwich was tasty and the croissant delightful. We took the pinwheel and nutella bite home and they both tasted excellent after heated.

Great coffee with vibes inside. Sandwiches were a bit of a wait but well worth it. This place gets crowded after 9 am for good reason.

This is the perfect spot to get started on the Bainbridge Island trip. We arrived on a gloomy cold morning, and immediately fell in love with the cozy atmosphere. It was a little crowded on Sunday morning, but there's a heated patio available if you can't find seats inside. Parking is available for free in the adjacent parking lot or across the street. I ordered an Eggnog Latte and the Signature Avocado Toast on croissant. It was delicious, although I wished the croissant could be toasted. After breakfast, we took a walk on the waterfront trail in the back and there were some nice views.

Anna and Megan were amazing, so friendly and engaging! We played bingo and ate molten cake & ice cream. We drank a cold brew float and cortado, everything was great! We sent a free postcard to our families, such a fun idea. We’ll definitely come back!

Two coffees and a muffin. Add a star for pumpkin seeds topping the pumpkin pie muffin. Add a star for the historical building. The original coffee shop with no pretentions.

Great little coffee shop! They made one of the best dirty chai lattes I’ve ever had. They offer lots of food options, nice patio as well!

The place is pretty neat the location is right on the marina, building looks cool (minus the old torn up patio roof ha) coffee is high quality you can taste, tea was decent enough which was high quality but London fog was slightly off. Indoor is a little cramped but the patio is neat, there’s heaters but they weren’t on during this cold day.

We’ve been to Bainbridge many times but never visited Pegasus until our most recent visit. Our failure! It’s the best coffee spot in Winslow and the food is good too. We especially appreciated the story behind the founding of Pegasus coffee. Make sure to check it out on the far wall past the counter. It’s also in an historic building that was used as an assembly point when Japanese residents were rounded up and shipped to incarceration centers. Important part of Bainbridge Island’s history.

Such a pleasant atmosphere! Staff are all friendly, to each other to customers. My pumpkin pie latte hit the spot. My avocado toast was delicious. Leaving content and ready to start my day.

The perfect start to the morning. We stayed at the Eagle Harbor Inn for a romantic weekend getaway, and it was fantastic to be able to cross the car park and grab coffee and pastries to start the morning. Staff were super helpful, and the biggest challenge was choosing between all the pastries on display. The onion gruyere savory was superb; we could have eaten three of the apple tearaway; the blueberry scone was a fraction... a _fraction_ overbaked, but I'm now giving Great British Baking Show vibes. Highly recommended!
