What a hidden gem with the garage door closed we hadn't noticed it!! Missing it would have been a travesty. Hands down the BEST pizza I have had in WA state. So upset that it's so far away from home. The Cipolla pizza was seriously amazing and I thought I would miss my meat on it, I didn't.
Then the service was the best we'd had over our trip. We sat at the bar and between the bartender and the cook we were entertained the whole time and enjoyed watching them create dishes and drinks with expertise. In fact we watched the cook put together a chocolate mousse and ended up getting one too. They topped the mousse with whipped cream and a splash of EVOO and WOW, so good. Went straight to the olive oil store and got some to put on our own desserts. I just can't say enough about this place.

I had a great experience with 2 kids under 5 at dinner time. It got pretty busy. Our waiter Jeffery took care of us. Helped us decide what we wanted and was on par. It is genuine wood fired ITALIAN style pizza. I've had it in Italy and it is 100% Italian style. Please don't expect American style pizza. The pizza we had was really good. I gave it 5 ☆'s. Jeffery was always ready to help us and kept our drinks and water full. The service was 6☆'s/ 5☆. I was visiting out of state, but when I come back. I want to try some different pizzas! Yum!

Delicious pizza made with imported ingredients from Italy! We ordered the Margherita and Prosciutto pizzas, which were both lovely! We also ordered the focaccia and tiramisu, which were delectable. The perfect lunch spot!

Delicious Neapolitan pizza! Ordered the salmon pizza and it was such a unique, tasty option. Awesome spot to enjoy lunch on the island. Didn’t have to wait for a table and food came out very quickly, which is always a plus!

Probably some of the best pizza I have ever had! Incredible flavor in the sauce alone and the crust was cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was really cool and elevated without feeling stuffy. I would honestly come back to Bainbridge just for a slice.

After recently returning from Florence, I had the pleasure of dining at Bruciato, and I must say that I'm in a prime position to judge authentic Italian flavors. Bruciato certainly offers more than its current 4.4 rating suggests.

From the service to the food, everything was in sync, with particular emphasis on value. The staff was attentive and prompt, creating a comfortable dining environment that complemented the well-executed menu.

We indulged in a few salads, pizzas, and appetizers, but the standout dish was undoubtedly the D.O.C. Margarita pizza. The flavors were rich and inviting, capturing the essence of traditional Italian cuisine. However, I must note that the pizza could have been served a tad cooler to reach perfection. Rolling the pizza made it perfect!

In conclusion, Bruciato offers an exceptional dining experience that effortlessly bridges authenticity and innovation. It's an establishment I wholeheartedly recommend, and one I will surely revisit.

Had our lunch at this cute aesthetic restaurant during our visit to Bain Bridge island 🏝

Never had wood fired pizza before this and didn’t regret it at all 💖

The whole place has this rustic industrial decor and a lovely vibe with extremely friendly waiters ✨

Had the Broccolo Pizza ! 🍕 It was so amazing and that hint of lemon zest makes it even better 😍

Also the Panna Cotta for dessert and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to try it out and isn’t a fan of too sweet things! ❤

Wonderful lunch time.
The pizza is awesome: highlight to the tomato sauce, very flavorful. One of the best pizzas in Washington. All ingredients are very fresh.

Loved to find this place.

We ate here twice while staying on the island. The pizza is some of the best I’ve had in the Pacific Northwest and the tiramisu is to die for!

Fantastic red and white sauce pizzas, and the first time ever that I received a pair of pizza pliers alongside. Both the fungi and the margherita were fantastic, crust perfectly done and topped with basil leaves.

It was a pleasure sitting in the sun streaming in as we stuffed our face. A walk around the island burned them off no problem, they were not heavy on bread or sauces and felt like a pizza you might have in a quaint idyllic Italian town.

Amazing Quattro formaggi. As long as you order it without the salad on top.
Don’t understand that one. 🤨 nor do I want to.

Ahh actually good Neapolitan pizza! It’s legit! The dough is soft and melt in your mouth. I love the funghi pizza. And you have to have the mezzaluna. They have a good selection of amaro and different wines. It’s an elevated gourmet eating experience serving delicious authentic tasting pizza. Go treat yo self to a great night out.

Located in the Island of Bainbridge,  this business is quite a find. This
Restaurant only offers indoor seating, however,  they have a large garage door type opening at the front of the restaurant that allows for decent airflow.

Prices are affordable,  food is delicious,  and service is kind and accommodating.  The pizza is not the traditional pizza but on the unique side as you cut apart the pizza with scissors. You can even add extra ingredients to your pizza, for example,  a local favorite is adding an egg to the center of the pizza.

Two of the main attractions surrounding this restaurant is - 1. The shopping district of Bainbridge and 2. The Washington State Ferry terminal.  So eat, shop, then jump onto a ferry to Seattle for another adventure. Additional appealing aspects to this business is that it is one of the few places in Bainbridge Island that does not close when the sun goes down.  Do not get me wrong,  it does not stay open late either but the late'ish hours does give costumers additional options for early evening dining.

Overall,  for whatever reason,  go here and you will not be disappointed.  This locally owned Italian hipster restaurant on Bainbridge Island in western Washington is quite a treat!

Amazing Neapolitan pizza with wonderful service and atmosphere. The olives were divine. Everything we had was so good and if I lived closer I would go every week.

I'm so glad I finally got to eat here. Every time I walk by this restaurant, it's at capacity with a long wait time. Not if you go after 19:00! My party of four was seated promptly on a Saturday night and our server was attentive and friendly. The pizza was phenomenal. I've traveled all over Europe, and road tripped through Italy twice, and this is the closet equivalent I've ever found to Italian pizza. We had the Funghi and the Capricciosa; both were savory yet light. This type of pizza has a very thin crust, so you could certainly eat one by yourself if you were hungry enough because you won't get full on bread. I'm looking forward to trying their Margherita, the standard by which all pizzas should be judged (but it's already delicious, so I'll be a repeat customer).

My husband and I ate here on our honeymoon back in 2021. We can't stop talking about it even still. He ordered a Prosciutto pizza and I ordered the clams in white wine sauce. There was nothing left from our meal. So amazing! We have told everyone we know going to Bainbridge to go to Bruciato.

Best pizza I've ever had in my life. Hand down. What truly makes it is the crust, so much depth of flavor. They also shave the prosciutto directly into your pizza as the walk it to you. I normally don't love prosciutto because it can be tough and a little gamey (if that's the right way to put it?) But thiers changed my mind. It was so fresh, soft and delicate, it's insanely good. The date and prosciutto pizza was the highlight of my year, the sweet and salty flavors just blew my mind.

This place is a great restaurant at an unexpected place! The pizzas are great with the brown olives, and the meatballs get a deeper taste with the green olives, which are saltier than the brown ones. The servers are friendly, and the water didn’t smell like tap water at all. There are some burnt spots on the pizza, but it just adds up to the taste. This place is LIT.😆
