WinCo - Silverdale, Kitsap Mall

This store is 20 miles out of my way and it's where I do the majority of my grocery shopping. The prices at my local grocery store went up considerably while the selection and quality went down. The first item I put in my cart at WinCo Silverdale, pays for the gas it took to get there. Produce selection is top notch and the bulk food section it outstanding! I purchase the bulk coffee and grind it there at the store. The deli has a great selection of quality lunch meats, priced at 1/2 of what they cost at my local grocery store. Employees are friendly and outgoing and good at their jobs. The store is clean, including the bathrooms and the store is well stocked and maintained.

I’m so thankful that we have this available close to the peninsula. My husband and I drive 3 & 1/2 hours each way to go shopping here as the prices make you feel like you can actually purchase a decent amount of good to feed your family without spending your entire paycheck and walking away with two or three bags . Thank you !

What a wonderful store! Exciting to be there the week of the grand opening! Store and all shelves were well stocked and immaculately organized. They also had a holiday section fully decked out for Halloween!

What I love:

:: Huge aisles and lots of space between sections. This makes social distancing easy :)

:: Brand new paved parking lot with tons of parking and cart returns that have a catch so the carts don’t get loose

:: High quality plastic bags at checkout. Don’t need to worry about double bagging for heavy items

:: Incredible prices!! It felt like it was 2010 again! Which is so welcome with inflation right now

:: Amazing produce section, bakery, bulk section, and deli. They even have fresh sushi!

:: Something for everyone! Tons of plant based, dairy free, and alternative/allergy friendly foods

Things worth noting:

:: Be prepared for the long walk into the store once you enter the building. You’ll walk down a huge wide hallway before entering the actual store.

:: Winco doesn’t accept ANY credit cards. Have cash or debit ready. They do have an ATM

:: You will bag your own groceries at checkout but can bring your own bags

Staff was incredibly friendly and seemed happy to be working here! Here’s to this WINCO location keeping up the amazing work! Will be coming back on the regular!

We walked the Store for the first time, and we were amazed at how clean the store was. How wide the shopping isles are and how organized all the products are. In fact they have products that many other local stores dont carry. Plenty of organic and non organic vegetables and salad ingredients. Plenty of dehydrated fruits and nuts to choose from. Assorted candies. Fresh bagles, bread, and pastries. Many brands of liquor, beer, and wines. There are many options.

The staff is friendly and looks very busy. None of this chit-chat while stocking shelves talking about personal things like at Walmart.

The store is within a mall. Plenty of parking. Well lit parking lot. Plenty of handicapped spaces and security patrols the area frequently.

We recommend this wonderful store to all of those who live in the area or are new to the region.

Oh my gosh, they always have the freshest best tasting raw fruits and Veggies. This store in Silverdale, is the only store outside of Fred Myers that I have ever found that always has what I need and some things I didn't. But I just could nit pass by and buy. Of course I have also found great prices. Keep up the great work silverdale.

Employee owned grocery. The coolest grocery I've been to with:
A mega bulk items section with includes flours, rices, candies, coffees, spices, pastas, at low prices.
The deli has tender delicious fried chicken.
Large sandwich section.
Pastrami is normally around $12/lb at most stores. Windows $7/lb.
Some home decor items like Christmas inflatables.
Good prices. Large canister is Bustello coffee. Fred Meyers $21, Wisconsin $17

WOW! Their bulk section is AMAZING! Self checkout was a little annoying...Always bring your own bags, because in this area every store charges extra for bags. Geat prices, lots of unique finds, very clean, organized, overall great place to shop! Open 24 hours!!!!

This is a huge store! Lots of selection and great prices. Better than Walmart. Love that it is employee owned, too! I wish there was one closer to me.

It was a great experience I got to see a bunch of stores Seattle teams shop being my favorite where I can bye jerseys but I think you could find what you need here

Located at the end of the Kitap Mall , just to the right of the main entrance or the left of the old food court entrance. Staff is fairly helpful but not that knowledgeable however they're very nice. The prices are $GREAT$..But the main reason I shop there is for their extensive bulk food section. Coffee, tea, olive oil, honey, spices & every flour, grain and much more all in bulk foods. Without paying for brand name items you can save so much 💰! and make a smaller carbon footprint by buying something that doesn't have a bunch of packaging to throw away!!🤑🌎💸🛒💡💲♻🌲

Great grocery store, was formerly a Sears. But I like the selection of products you can get here. This store is also open for 24 hours. I’m my opinion, it’s like a tiny Costco, minus the membership and huge bulky goods. It’s also closer to my home than the Bremerton’s location.

Love this store! This winco is by far the best one I've been to. Lots of products. Nice employees. Though they are a little on the peticular side. And will stop you if you put things back in the wrong place. But besides that a great store all in all.

We go here for our grocery shopping, super great deals compared to any other store in the area, makes Safeway and Walmart seem like robbers. We can get a huge cart full of groceries for less than $200. Their prepared sushi is pretty good, too!

One of the best places to shop with amazing prices for groceries. I drive over 32 miles one way just to shop here.

Great selection and decent prices. People complain about the walking distance to entrance. It's not a big deal. If you can't get to the door, how do you expect to get through such a huge store? They use one entrance and exit to reduce shoplifting and keep prices low. Very clean store. Helpful employees. Plenty of parking. Convenient location.
