My husband saw a sign advertising this amazing place on the way to Best Buy and was sad to see it say coming soon. When I told him it was off of Valley Mills, he was extremely excited and we went there after we were done shopping. Everyone that works there are extremely nice and we're more than willing to answer or questions. We ended up ordering 3 entrees - chicken kabobs, chicken biryani, and butter chicken with both saffron and basmati rice, garlic Naan, beef samosas, the rice pudding and kefir Popsicles while there. All the food was amazing, flavorful, and there were more than enough to take home. This food will not disappoint. We ended up ordering vegetable samosas and tandoori beef to go so we could try more entrees. Highly recommend. Definitely will be one of our go tos whenever we are in Waco. Can't wait to visit the new location.

Really enjoyed our visit. Food was delicious, good service and nice atmosphere. Will definitely come back for the buffet. We had the butter chicken and Molai Boti with garlic cheese naan.

Ate here for the first time. I haven't had Indian food many times before and really enjoyed this food. The food was very tasty!

Unfortunately, our server was not very good. They weren't busy, so she didn't have any excuse. She wasn't friendly and very slow. Finally got our drinks (just water) the same time our food arrived. We had to ask twice to get our Naan, and finally asked a different server to bring it. When we finally got our drinks, she made no attempt to serve each person at our table (party of 6). She just handed to the first person and instructed (didn't ask politely) to pass the drinks down the table. (We were in the table in the middle of the restaurant with no obstructions, just lazy).

I'd like to think we'll go back in the future for the food, but we may go for the buffet so we don't have to deal with poor service.

It's literally one of my favorite places to eat. You can find me there most Sunday afternoons consuming vast amounts of chicken curry with my wife. It is delicious! The spices used in the food are so effective and add so much to the dishes! The service has always been excellent, and the place seems clean. The waitresses are always attentive and friendly! The Naan is to die for. Seriously. Try it! Can't wait for Sunday to go back!

This is by far the best Pakistani/Indian restaurant in Waco. Yes, I know it is one of maybe 2 or 3 but I also want to say it is one of my favorites overall. The food taste great, the service is good. That is all that should matter. The spice level is perfect and I love spicy.

Love me some chicken 65 and so much more.

Oh wow! It's so nice to try something totally different than what we are used to. We have made Chicken Curry at home and love it but the one served here was double delicious! My sister has been raving about Naan flatbread and I finally tried it. I ordered the garlic flavored one and was hooked on first bite for sure. I ordered the Vegetable Stir Fry and my husband ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala. The waitress just answered our questions but she wasn't very helpful nor did she make us feel welcome. It was our first time visiting and it took us a while to figure out what we wanted. Food didn't take long to come out and we will definitely be back for more! The sweet tea was good too.

This is the only Indian food option in waco I would say, as the other restaurant in downtown doesn’t taste like Indian at all. I like the taste of their foods. They have several items including biryani, kabab as well as rolls. They offer takeout on order through a phone call but no online delivery is available. Inside seating arrangement is good for both small and large groups. Some of my favorites are chicken boti roll, butter chicken, chicken tikka, papdi chaat and mango lassi

Lucky we were coming back from Dallas and feeling hungry. We searched and reached to this place. We had lunch on Thursday and we just loved it. We went back to Waco for day trip. We went again, ordered different dishes and it was delicious. I will say their food is amazing and delicious.

My boyfriend and I have been waiting for this place to open since we first saw the sign be put up, I'm so excited to have something different come to Waco. And it does not disappoint! Everything that we tried was excellent and fair priced, the butter chicken and samosas are a good place to start if you're venturing into this kind of cuisine for the first time, they definitely were my favorite. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu! Glad to see it's doing really well.

Excellent Indian lunch, everything was seasoned nicely, piping hot, and delicious!! Server was knowledgeable, pleasant, and efficient. My spicy entree 'chicken karahi' was wonderful ~ especially with the fluffy, light biryani rice. I didn't leave a drop on my plate! The beef samosas were the best I've ever had -full of flavor, with a great dipping sauce. Naan bread was also served in a basket- fresh and good. The chai marsala hot tea was also very good. I appreciate being served on real plates, real silverware with linen napkins, and hearing traditional Indian/Pakistani music.

Visiting Waco for the first time, driving down Valley Mills we saw this beautiful place proudly wearing it's name "Safron" as a hat. Intrigued we had to stop to take picture and check out the menu. We were lovingly greeted by Lamisa. As she explained the menu I could see the dishes coming out the kitchen, each one smelled so good I could taste them. I ordered the butter chicken, plain naan, samosas, and chicken sheekh kabab, each one was freshly made and tasted so good we couldn't stop eating.

The restaurant was also beautifully filled with decorations that made us feel immersed into the culture. We cannot wait to visit Waco again, so we can eat here again!

Excellent food! As a white guy I eat alot of Indian food because of my Pakistani business partners. This is one of the best places I have ever eaten. The spice level is absolutely perfect and does not cover up the flavor of freshness. Unfortunately we arrived late in our first visit and was unable to order off the grill. The curries were so good that we came back for lunch the next day to have the grill items. And I'm glad we did because it was amazing. Be sure to get the Chicken 65. I have never had it where it was so juicy and flavorful. This is a family run business and they put their heart and soul into their cooking. You can taste it in every dish.

Went to their new place on Tuesday when they reopened and wow! Some of the best food I've ever had and tasted even better than at their old location. I had a butter chicken and naun bread and it was perfect, will definitely be going back!!

We just recently were recommended this place by a friend and have now been twice in a month because it is so good! Unlike anything else we've had in the area. Service is also amazing.

We missed the buffet by like half an hour which we really wanted to go as per the recommendations. None the less we ordered paneer karahi and buna chicken with some garlic naan. The food was amazing and absolutely delicious. Not at all salty like most of the restaurants. The staff was very friendly. The portions and prices were reasonable. The restrooms and the location itself was clean. Will definitely visit the place again. I recommend this place for sure if you are in Waco,TX.

Great food for the price. Likely the best Indian place in town. The service was excellent; food was out in about 15 minutes (naan given immediately after ordering). Note that a 15 percent tip is added automatically to the bill.

If you want a great dining experience with some new flavors they are the go to! Love the butter chicken and the staff is so great 😁
