We stayed here to visit White Sands and charge our EV overnight, which worked great. The rooms were nice, if a little dated. Appreciated the small in-room kitchen; we cooked pasta there one night. There was also a nice selection of cooked breakfast options.

We loved the breakfast and social hour. The variety was a welcome change from regular hotel offerings. The front staff was absent almost every time we passed the front desk. The rooms were clean and spacious.

This is my favorite hotel because I love the spacious rooms, Continental breakfast, laundry room, pool in the outdoor gated area and lots of tables and chairs for people to have gatherings and a BBQ pit with big flat screen TV's mounted up for guests to be entertained. Also the lobby is very warm and welcoming!

Though I first chose to stay here simply because it was closest to my objective in visiting Las Cruces, I haven't regretted that decision. Access to highways is pretty convenient, parking lot is clean and well lit, staff is friendly and competent, reservations handled correctly, breakfast offerings, and general decoration style above my usual economy choices. Room/mini-suite was attractive. Housekeeping was as requested.
Now... room layout was inconvenient. One side of bed was barely accessible. Mattress was so thick my wife could barely climb into bed. Seating arrangement not convenient for viewing the beautiful giant-sized TV. On the last day of our stay the bathroom ventilation fan alternated between not working and emitting a loud irritating squeal. I reported this as we checked out so I can't say how responsive the staff is to maintenance issues.
And finally, my up-to-date Garmin GPS does not know that this place exists! Search finds Staybridges 10s or a hundred miles away, but not this one. I mentioned this to the staff for management to investigate.

It was beautiful.
The halls echoed into the room which was distracting. The mopping chemicals smelled incredibly strong and gave my sensitive nose a headache. There was an old curly fry just under the couch that I discovered while picking up something I dropped.
It was good enough. I'm pretty low maintenance.

Excellent customer service, they have a great breakfast. The only downside was that the soda machine in the coffee nook on the first floor is turned off and left off for the rest of the day, serving only breakfast, which I guess some people like soda with their brekky but beyond that the staff was friendly and helpful and their pantry was perfect for finding the kids' snacks after the pool.

Really nice room and fast ethernet.
Friendly staff and the clerk was kind & patient with me when I kept demagnetizing my keys. I was comped goodies from the little store when I got there.
Easy to get to considering its location in a busy place.
Excellent breakfast spread with real dishes & not foam, nice touch.
Parking lot is shared with giant kids' pizza place with signs saying you'll get towed if you park there but it didn't seem to be enforced at the time. There's plenty of other parking anyway.
Overall great place, I'd stay there again.

The front desk is very nice. Breakfast starts at 6am, which is very helpful for those on business trips. There are washing machines and dryers that are free to use. The rooms are very spacious. Feels more like an apartment than a hotel. Close to WSMR.

We booked this hotel specifically because it was pet friendly and allowed up to four pets. The pet fee was $25 per pet. Other hotels have a two pet maximum + $75 pet fee and would have required us to reserve another room with the pet fee because we have three cats. We arrived around 11pm and since we checked in online, we just had to show my driver's license to get the key. The breakfast M-F is 6a-9p. I'm gluten free, so I just had the eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, and coffee (they have hazelnut and french vanilla flavored creamers). There were bagels, toast, biscuits, sausage patties, cereal and a waffle bar and soda fountain as well. They provided to-go containers so I could bring food back to my husband, who was in the room watching the kitties. I'm bummed that we missed the evening's mashed potato bar but it's awesome that they even offer it! There were little trash bags we used for the kitty litter and bowls we used for the kitty food and water. The place was pretty clean, which was great since our cats had to explore every single inch of the room. The windows also had ledges for birdwatching on the patio. Our window was right next to the freeway, but didn't really even hear the traffic. They have a friendly staff as well. This was exactly what we needed after 15 hours on the road...

The staff was amazing. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the pool brought lots of fun and entertainment for the kiddos. Can't say enough about the breakfast and pantry they offer as well. It's a great place to stay with the family/kids while here visiting.

First time staying and loved it. It's clean, staff is friendly asked if we wanted ground floor or upstairs, and gave awesome recommendations on good food nearby as we weren't from the area. The room was clean and well stocked. No issues. Would stay again for sure.

One night stay at a budget friendly, great guest services and a room that was perfect for the family. Upon checking in late evening, the front desk / check in (a younger male from El Paso) offered warm delicious cookies for the kids. Guess services was professional courteous and attentive to our needs. Crib was delivered on time and did not have a single issue. Would stay again! I stayed at the StayBridge Suite on 11/25/2022. Rm 425 5 out of 5 stars.

We had a suite because we had 3 kitties. There 2 months because the home we bought was having work done!! Breakfast was always filling. My favorite was the front desk workers. So friendly and loved talking with them.

I can NOT express how MUCH I have enjoyed my stay here. Zach the front desk clerk went above and beyond to make sure my stay here was great. The breakfast is amazing!! Lots of choices and the eggs, (yes I said eggs lol),are beautiful and so yummy you need to tell Andres what a wonderful cook he is!! when you stay here. VERY affordable and the rooms are so clean and the beds EXTREMELY! comfortable. This is my stay at place when I am in Los Cruces!

We were very happy with the service and the room. We requested a suite and we were very happy with the layout. The one bed room and two bedroom suites are separated by a living room and kitchen. It was nice that both bedroom doors could be closed. The kids (teenagers) had their space and we had ours. The rooms were clean and it was well stocked with essentials needed to cook. We would have stayed longer if we didn't already have reservations in another city.

Staybridge Suites Las Cruces, you are a phenomenal hotel! We got here an hour before check-in and the front desk accommodated us right away. The room was immaculately clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. We all got a great night sleep! We stayed in room 331 which is two bedrooms/two bathrooms. It felt like being home. Just very clean and comfortable. Also, very spacious. The best part is that this was our first time in Las Cruces and the view from our room was great. You get a view of the pool, city, mountains, and an absolutely beautiful sunset. We will be back and stay longer next time.

Our stay here was great! All staff were really nice. They were super accommodating to us after we had a bad experience with a Pet day care & boarding facility down the street from them & asked if we could keep them with us due to the situation. They helped us in our time of stress without hesitation & because of their kindness we highly recommend! especially if you have pups. We will continue to book stays at Staybridge after this experience 😀
