Major Kudos to Daylen Chancellor at Chancellor Outdoor Solutions. I went from a house with a tiny yard in the city to 3.5 acres of finish cut. I was a bit shell shocked but Daylen has been a huge help. After a demo from his area Grasshopper reprehensive Daylen gave me a great deal on my 725D. Since then I’ve been geeking out on it and Chancellor Outdoor, while being nearly 2hrs away, has been on top of every question and every upgrade I ask for. Don’t let the thought of their location being too far from you, they are great at working with you at a distance and getting you parts you need. I pass two much larger Grasshopper dealerships to just to work with them. Thanks again!

After looking at mowers for years I decided a long time ago that the Grasshopper was the mower for me. The power fold deck is incredible and takes the work out of cleaning out deck or taking off blades. The whole machine is built rugged with outstanding Made in USA quality. The deck spindles are the same regardless of the model you pick. I decided to go with a 52" deck 526V model even though my previous mower was a 62". I am able to mow quicker and get in tight places that I couldn't with a larger deck. I chose Chancellor because it was the best price I found. I do live a ways from Chancellor but Dylan has been great on service. When Dylan delivered the mower he watched me mow some leaves up with it and noticed that the leaves were being blown from the front up onto the deck. He recommended a option called a air dam that mounts under the front of the deck. I purchased this from him and after I installed it I will say it was worth it, the leaves didn't blow around. I am very happy with Grasshopper and Chancellor Outdoor solutions and it is easy to endorse both.

I’ve always enjoyed cutting our 3 acres, but after several back surgeries, I could no longer tolerate our riding mower. A friend of mine recommended the Grasshopper brand of mowers and I did my research. I found Chancellor online and I cannot say how great of an experience this was buying from them. Daylen went above and beyond to help me pick the right mower for our yard size and for comfort. I finally can enjoy cutting the yard again and cannot say enough good things about my experience with Chancellor. Would definitely recommend them.

Highly recommend these guys for all of your lawn mower needs! Extremely professional experience from initial contact (very quick response) through delivery - all in my case in a matter of a single day! For a nominal fee even negotiated in a long distance delivery to the far west side of the St. Louis metro area. Was even able to negotiate what I believed was a fair market value for my old mower on a trade in. Hopefully I don't need a new mower again for 20+ years, and don't look forward to the day of my first service call (which we all know is inevitable), but do know who I will be calling when that day comes. Tippett's repaired my mowers, sharpened blades, (The right way), and was very reasonable in price. In addition, when he said it would be ready, it was, no excuses or reasons for not having the work ready. I would recommend him to anyone who wants work done with accuracy on time and at a reasonable price.

I highly recommend Chancellor outdoor solutions. From the beginning of the sale the buying process was simple and easy. Great service before and after my purchase. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. You can't go wrong dealing with Chancellor for new sales and or service of outdoor power equipment.

I don’t even know where to begin. These guys are God’s gift to mower nightmares. I have an older mower that had an insane electrical issue due to some improper wiring from a previous shop. I struggled with it for months beating my head against the wall to no avail. Daylen and the boys beat it into submission after a long battle. Not only that, I flipped out on them and yelled due to a heartbreaking personal issue that happened during the process. Daylen kept his cool, empathized with my situation and stopped everything to make sure the issue was fixed and I was a satisfied customer. It was and I am. God Bless you fellas, I know you’re under appreciated, but know that you truly made this guy’s summer. Thank you for enduring the struggle. Definitely worth every penny!!!!! True professionals.

Daylan and Randy have taken care of all my auto and mower needs for the past two years. And they will continue to be where my autos and small engines are repaired. This is an up right business I steak my name on it.

The guys at this shop are upright, honest, and do great work. I have done business with these guys for 2 years and have never been back due to the same issues they have fixed. I highly recommend this shop.

I took 2 push mowers into there Imperial location. The owner said they needed new carbs. I agreed to that . When I called to see how they were doing on them someone told me he just finished rebuilding the carburetor on the one. I questioned that due to the fact they were suppose to be replaced. He said he would check into that and call me back. I did not hear from him. When I called again they said they were ready.They would figure the bill and call me back. They called me back with more than double the estimate. I ask why they also did spring tune ups on them. When I told the person on the phone I did not want the spring tune ups he said well I guess I can go find some dirty air filters and put them back in them. when I told the owner I did not agree to that he said I must have he would not make that mistake at least not on 2 mowers. I was outrage by this. I would not recommend them. The owner also told me he did all the work on them. So I do not actually know what was done or by who. The mowers run but it cost a lot more than it was suppose to. I wonder how many other people he does this to. As I said I did not want anything done but the carbs replaced.
