Nice renovated clean Arby’s. Staff is nice and service is quick. Restaurant was clean and overall a good experience

One of the best Arby's we have been to. We ordered the 5 classic roast beef for 10$ . The sandwiches were clearly made to order. They were hot, juicy and delicious 😋. We also ordered a large curly fry and they were crispy and cooked to perfection. The manager was checked us out . She was fun and playful......The bathrooms were CLEAN!!! 👏 I wasn't surprised. Great job , Great Arbys

Today is my birthday and unfortunately within the last few days I became homeless. I came here to eat and Jessica was 100% patient and friendly with me. It absolutely made my day and it’s just hard to find customer service like this. Having been a fast food manager for 5 years, I realize people like this don’t get recognized enough. Thanks Jessica!

This Arby's is without a doubt the best Arby's I have been to in several states. When you unwrap your sandwich you know it was made with care. Take the top bun off and put your sauce on replace top and enjoy. No need to pick up meat and put in bun. The meat is perfectly stacked on bun. The employees are so friendly and are always smiling. Employees also walk over to table and check to make sure is okay and ask if they can get you anything. It is always a pleasure to eat at this Arby's while in Vandalia Illinois.

Not only was the staff pleasant, friendly and professional from the moment we walked in to order, but this Arbys staff was over the top! We ordered inside the restaurant and took our food to go, when walking out we noticed we had a flat tire. Arbys was closing but the manager offered to help by letting us know we are allowed to wait inside if we need to wait for help even after closing, and she even called her husband/boyfriend to help in case we could not get the lug nuts loose. Then, to top it all off, an Arbys employee named Dwight Crumb not only checked on us several times to see if we needed help, but he also helped lift the spare tire onto the wheel and helped by placing the flat tire in the back of the truck. He was outstanding, courteous, friendly, sweet, kind, and went above and beyond to help, he even talked to our puppy! Thank you to Dwight, and thank you everyone at Arbys for not just doing your job, but being the person/people who goes the extra mile! And the food was great too! Service was exceptional!!

Inaccurate order asked for no onions on my wrap and there were onions so no dinner for me tonight. Cheese sticks were hot and tasty which were better than most Arbys. Management took the time to address my concern which is all one could ask for which shows they care. Everyone makes mistakes so maybe they were just in a hurry to keep the line moving fast. Maybe I should be less picky. I’ll make it it a point to stop there my next time through and give them another chance.

The girl who took our order was very friendly and had a great personality.The food was good and it didn't take long to get our order.

While traveling back home yesterday on a long road trip I accidentally left my wallet at this location. A young woman, Monica found it and made the effort to contact me however possible. This amazing lady got on facebook and started messaging my friends until someone contacted me. She saved the day for me like no one else could and I want to publicly thank her. Not only was our food great but her above and beyond customer service was amazing!!!

At the Arby's at Effingham I like that Arby's the food is hot and Fries Are crisp and they're pretty fast with your getting your food to you so and of course they have the soda machine that's got about 50 different kinds of soda so we love that

I bought my neighbor Reuban sandwich meal dinner. I had the 1/2lb Beef and Cheddar. Absolutely on point. Great !
