For fast food. The staff is friendly and nice. A big deal for fast food. Wendy's came out with hot friesfor every order but that has quickly
changed. I would ask for fresh.

The food and staff was awesome! But..... The floor and tables were sticky and nasty like they'd barley been cleaned. So much cakes on soda ground. The food and staff was great though.

Before Covid Wendy's had great food, but now the burgers are not hot and the buns are cold. The fries are good but its just really hard to get a good hot burger with crisp lettuce. They try but they are just short staffed it seems. But don't ever waste your money eating at Wendy's in Taylorville. There food is the worst

Yum! Food was hot and fresh... So glad they brought back the Bacon Maple Chicken sandwich.

Ever since Wendy's came out with breakfast, I have been a huge fan! The frost-y-cino is amazing and they just added new flavors. Wendy's breakfast is amazing. Potato wedges, baconator breakfast sandwich and chocolate frost-y-cino! The newish French toast sticks are really great too! Just tried the breakfast burrito! I'm a huge fan. They have bacon or sausage burrito. Great 👍
This particular Wendy's has great breakfast staff. I really appreciate you Wendy's team. You rock!

My wife and I visited this location on our way home to Texas.

The service here was phenomenal. Staff was friendly. The entire store appeared in great condition.

The new breakfast sandwiches are AWESOME!!! Get the #1. Can't say enough about those little potato things.

Slow service but is almost worth it.

Great fresh food and fast quality service at anytime of day. Also so nice to see Dining room now open. Love dropping in for a hot cup of chili and free senior drink. Staff night and day consistently wonderful!!!

Some employees need more training on manners and how to put phones away to take care of customers, next time I'll call management:(

Really good fast service and fresh food.
The only issue I had was the amount of ketchup and mayo they LOADED it with.

Tried the new burger and it was great! When I want a consistent product I go to Wendy's.

Fast, hot delicious food.

Great service! Talk about employees that work together, it didn't take 5 mins for me to go through the drive through from ordering to getting my food. Not just that but the food was super hot & fresh. Thank you to this Wendys for feeding some hungry New Yorkers on their way back home from the Grand Canyon 🙃

Miscommunication in drive-thru led to incorrect order.

Clean and very friendly. They were busy with the drive thru but the cashiers inside were easy going while I waited after ordering. Would go back.

Love Wendy's burgers. Their fries were some of the best around too, but lately they have been cold and it seems like they don't add salt anymore. Have to put it on yourself. I suggest asking for fresh fries. Maybe order with no salt and then you will get good fresh fries.
