Amazing service, the staff are very friendly and the food is great. Didn't have to wait long at all for our large order. I've got to admit it was the best fast food I've had in a while, definitely will be coming back.

Our family of 5 dined in and the food was made to order. Everything was fresh and absolutely delicious. The employees were very friendly and helpful. This is the best fast-food in all of Vandalia.

First time in along time I had fast food that was hot and fresh!! Staff was friendly too!!

I love the impossible whopper. I am fully vegetarian because I am allergic to meat and I can tell that they don't cross contaminant and I can tell you it tastes like heaven. Also, I am pretty sure they clean off the grill before grilling the impossible whopper, if they didn't, I could tell because I would be sick. It is so good. We had a wait time, but it was worth it. My boyfriend loves their food. It is one of the few fast food places I can get actual food at with my allergies. I also love their fries. This is the only place I will order French fries from because I know they are fresh and unsalted.

I left my new cell phone in the restaurant. My husband called it and the manager answered and told us it was there. Honest manager! I was so thankful to get it back. There are honest people in this world. Saved me a lot of stress and expense.

About 3 weeks ago a family member placed and order there. It came out really messed up. The chicken was over cooked and the burgers were like old. We called a gave a complaint to the manager. She said they would replace the whole meal. They further tell us that it would be placed on the book for a later reorder.
Went in today to come to find out that there has been a new manager put in the store. Spoke to Catlyin and she proceeded to tell me that there are no books, nor is there any information on our past problem. She took complete and full charge and responsibility of the situation. After that, I would definitely go back there again. Ty 🐈!!!! You rocked it.

Food was what was expected, but the service wasn't. The person waiting on us at front counter was also working drive thru. After we ordered, we went to get our drinks and seats while waiting for our food. He actually brought it out to us. Great service!!

We had fish burgers 🍔 and they were excellent. Good service .

The young man who waited on us was very nice the people were friendly.

This is the best Burger King I have ever lived near. The food is consistantly hot and fresh, and the service always comes with a smile!

Better whoppers, and better taste then some hamburger places, only one down fall, can be a little to pricie by their size meals or even a double whopper with cheese or a triple whopper with cheese, still great tasting burgers

When are you going to get tacos back? They were delicious. I noticed on the web that there are some bk's with tacos but not around here.
