Sunrise is my favorite coffee shop in town. I buy beans from them tontake home as well. Only criticism i have is PLEASE OPEN ON SUNDAYS! Take 2 weekdays off if you could be open on sunday.

Best coffee shop on the planet!!!! I can't really find anyone in the state of Oregon that roasts coffee as good as these guys. I gladly pay shipping just to have the privilege of drinking their coffee at home. The local art, including the funky sculptures out front, make for an incredibly rejuvenating experience. Thank you Sunrise coffee!!!

Really a small cozy coffee place with excellent coffee and tea. Comfortable couches and lots of interesting books to browse while enjoying coffee.

This place has such a great coffeehouse vibe. It's small, but has plenty of seating. The young lady working there was super helpful in recommending places in Port Townsend to visit. We loved the coffee, which they roast themselves.
It seemed like this is a place the locals really enjoy, and I would absolutely recommend it for a quick coffee stop on your way into town.
Parking is a little wonky, but there is a lot of space in the industrial area there, so I'm sure you could park anywhere for short term.

I've been stopping by Sunrise Coffee Company as I passed through Port Townsend to and from the ferry for about a year now and I just realized I've never posted a review.

I absolutely love this place. Even throughout the covid-19 crisis SCC has been able to provide coffee via take out and of course the bagged coffee is still available and they are shipping. The staff are genuinely friendly considering Port Townsend can get a little touristy and even though I only pass through once or twice a month they know my order and they always have a smile!!

Thank you Sue and all the staff who have always been there when I needed that cup of coffee as I run for a ferry! Cheers!

Excellent latte and drip coffee, quick and friendly service, and a clean bathroom. Plenty of seating inside and out.

Wonderful. Great expresso. They roast the bean themselves. It's the only coffee I buy for home brewing. The shop itself is cozy, the staff is helpful, friendly and quick. Would recommend for anybody that likes coffee. The drive through place up the road is sub par to this establishment

We got the yummiest coffees ever and wonderful air - tight travel mugs!

These folks do serve some great coffee, they also roast their own beans. Pastries are prepared by a local bakery. Seating area is quaint and comfortable, local artwork on the walls. Dogs allowed. Only issue I have is they don't open early enough. I work at 8am, which puts me on the road at 7:30, before they are open. As a result they lose business to the Starbucks in Safeway across the street.

Me and my girlfriend's new favorite coffee. We swear by this place. We will walk/drive/bike/run by every other coffee shop on the way to sunrise in the mornings and it's always worth it. They have a 16 ounce brewed drip roast medium or dark for only $2.00 and the price never beats 5$ even for the most expensive items. Worth the price and it tastes amazing. They have excellent customer service and are extremely friendly. I encourage you to bring your dog as they are pet friendly and have treats. Great place to warm yourself up, get energy, and enjoy the day with your dog.

Great coffee My favorite place to go in Port Townsend.

I swung by while traveling/in town and not only was the coffee delicious, but also... my jaw about hit the floor when I saw GOOD not pre-packaged gluten free items available! I grabbed a "brookie" and OMG. I'm still drooling thinking about it. I can't wait to stop by again!

Quick trip to visit family and needing great coffee. This is the place. Fresh roasted beans, great drip or espresso, amazing staff. Stopped by twice on my six hour visit. A real community gathering place for fresh coffee or picking up some fresh roasted beans for your home/business use. I’ll be back many more times on my family trips to Port Townsend!

I come here most days and the coffee is always great. I love the convenience of the self serve, and they make great espressos too. Probably my favorite coffeeshop in Port Townsend. It is usually full of nice people sitting and having conversations with dogs milling about. Love the cozy atmosphere.

I go here almost everyday. They are such lovely hard working ladies there. The coffee is amazing and its nice they have a light roast option that my bf is obsessed with. I drink an iced Americano with chocolate and no room and the shots are perfection. Always smooth and rich and delicious. They also have fun flavors for Italian soda and their own creative drinks. These ladies take their time crafting your delicious drink, so be patient or dont go if you are in a huge rush. However, its worth the wait if you have the time. They have outside social distanced tables and coffee on the ground for 6ft spacing in line. I feel safe during this covid -19 times.

Get a delicious espresso mocha with almond milk and take a stroll down the marina and the Larry Scott Trail for a look at the bay. What a great way to start a day in Port Townsend. I think it's the best local coffee, in an area with a lot of good local coffee.

It's the best coffee we have ever had! The only sad thing is that it's so far away. We will always crave this coffee. They also allow pups!

Excellent coffee, very friendly staff. Great place to take your doggie. Special lattes and mochas are always great. The outdoor seating is great, no matter the weather. Best local custom grind and variety of beans!

Wonderful staff that genuinely cares about their patrons, and the local loyalty proves it. Outstanding coffee in a town of strong competitors. Very conscientious, they make every effort to get your order perfect. Cozy place with regulars lounging in caffeine bliss.
