Shout out to Heidi on the evening of 10/30/2023. She was simply amazing! Super friendly and knows her job well. The food was fresh and delicious as well.

This was a great meal. The brisket was tender and lean! The veggies were a good blend! Love the au jus and the mushroom gravy dipping sauces. The fries were seasoned perfectly and hot. Really good food.

Always get large portions. Friendly staff. Good food.

Pepper Jax never lets me down. Service is always great, the employees are always happy and upbeat. Can't go wrong with a Philly or rice bowl.

The chicken rice bowl was great. It tasted better than the beef version I had awhile ago. The staff was kind and helpful. A nice touch was the manager swinging by the tables to check on the customers.

Staff were friendly. The food was fresh. While we're eating another customer came and thought bc it was 10 minutes til close he couldn't be served, but they assured him that he could and did. Many restaurants would have turned him away. This is why we will keep going back to this location. The staff are awesome!

My wife and I eat here often and we love the food. The staff is always happy and friendly and pleasant to be around. Great food for a reasonable price,nice clean dining area,hard working friendly staff. It does not get any better then that. The only thing that could be better is open a PepperJax at Spencer, Iowa.We spend lots of summer time there at Lost Island Lake.

Food was over all good, oil needs replaced tho.

You get like 3 meals for 11.99. Customer service is lacking just a bit, but the sauces are phenomenal and they got some heat.

Excellent phillies! Served fresh with about a ten minute wait (it wasn’t busy). The portions are pretty big, and are just the right size in my opinion.

There is a new store manager at this council bluffs IA location. He and his employees have great customer service and those are the type of people that keep me coming back! Great food and great employees make a place worth coming to! Thanks CB for your continued efforts to serve our community!!

Staff was super nice and really focused on making your visit a good one! They kept checking with us throughout the process of making our food. They made sure they got it right and didn't miss anything. Even the manager came to our table to make sure we got everything and it was tasting okay. Definitely will be going back to this location!

I work in retail, so I know the importance of these reviews and the weight that they carry. Saying that, I rarely ever write one, unless service is truly exceptional. Last night(my kids 11th birthday btw) we pulled up to the pepperjax in Manawa, Council Bluffs Iowa. to our upset, they were closing in 2 minutes. Rather than rushing in to beat the clock, we were just going to find another place to eat. We started to pull out and drive away. To our surprise, the guys in the lobby cleaning up actually waved us in. I know how hard this is, especially when your mind is already closed! We went in and expected to be rushed and to be treated "nice" since we did just make them stay open a little later than planned. I was completely taken back by the friendliness and professionalism. They guys were upbeat and fun and showed no disappointment at all. The manager, and the employees went so far above and beyond that I was compelled to write, in hopes that someone might read this and know how great some of the people are that they have working for them. Best service I have ever received in my entire life!!! Thanks you guys, we will see you again soon!!!!

Very good food. Reasonable. The staff is great and freindly. Pepper jax can be counted on as the best Philly cheese steak in the area. They also have some really good fries. This location and the one in Bellevue, NE are both easy to reccommend.

I've been to multiple different locations and I can say without a doubt that this is the best Pepperjax I have ever been to. And this is not just a "one good time" experience, it's every time I go in. The staff always has the best attitudes and the best customer service. The managers are always so nice and willing to help as well.
