Kohl's

I had difficulty with a return of an online item. After reaching out to customer support, the problem was resolved quickly without having to "jump through hoops".

The sales clerk was very friendly & helped me w/ my return. I don't wear a lot of make-up but what I do wear I get from. Sephora.

Went there for Amazon return, so quick and easy. Used the 15% of coupon that kohl's gives out with the Amazon return slip. Found some nice shirts that was priced commensurate to the quality. The store was busy but checkout was fairly quick as unlike most retailers there was ample number of cashiers as well as support staff. Noticed employees in all departments that i went by or thru. Except housewares. Nice clean and AC was nice and cold, was 92 outside with high humidity. Took my time savored the cool air. This store always has a comfortable vibe.

Kohl's was super busy but they opened up more cash registers to help get us all through quickly. My cashier was super polite and answered my questions. The store was clean, neat and well stocked. I found everything I needed and then some.

Very friendly great customer service

I am a 3x-4x man who has a hard time finding in style clothes in stock. This store has just that! Although the selection is limited, there is actual clothes that fit me in stock. The one thing that is GREAT... the prices are VERY REASONABLE! If you find some that are on SALE (which they actually have a lot of)... the prices are GREAT!

I never knew about their BIG man selection until recently... now I go in on a regular basis just to see what's on sale!

I also return items to Amazon through them... and it is smooth and flawless and the staff is always friendly!

I shop at this store and online frequently and have always had great customer service. I often have online orders set up for same day pick up when possible. It has proved to be a nice convenience. The store is always neat and clean with nice displays. I take advantage of the regularly offered sales, discounts, and coupons and have gotten some really good buys that way. Most all of the merchandise is of good quality.

Good selection of makeup, jewelry, and back to school things. Expansive store.

Now that there is a Sephora inside, I visit more. The makeup options are great, and the clothing is good quality. Overall, it's a good store for yourself or gifts for others.
