Very clean establishment ..I was asked if I needed assistance by pretty much every employee..great customer service they are very helpful and don't try to push sales on you making your shopping experience very easy and fun I will definitely return here

My wife needed walking shoes and she was able to find what she needed at a fair price.

Didn't have what I wanted but they order it and received it fast

Very sweet, helpful lady comes to the rescue after seeing Mom & Dad walknin the store with 3 babies under the age of 5 yrs. She made our visit swift and easy. We loved it! We appreciated her and her assistance.

Brooke I believe was her name helped me order a pair a shoes for my wedding on Friday. They only had 1 pair left in store and it was the wrong size. She even found my kid size for cheaper in the same design. But the real kicker was I got them Sunday. She walked with me to try on other options and just was so nice. I went back yesterday and bought another pair of shoes just because her customer service. If you stop in and need help definitely look for her.

This was my first visit in a Famous Footwear. The ladies working there were courteous and helpful. The prices are pretty much what you expect for Nike, New Balance, etc. They have a buy one get one half off sale as of the time of this review, which applies to a second pair of shoes or a bag.
I don't really expect much from a shopping experience, as long as workers aren't rude and I can find what I need it's good by me.

They have a lovely selection of shoes and sizes, and their location is very convenient.

Have a great selection of shoes! My daughter is picky and she found a cute pair of Van's in her size. My son found a nice pair of Adidas on clearance! The employees are friendly and helpful!!

Found what we needed, and even though the store was very busy, sales staff were willing to come and help. Very pleased with the entire visit. Prices were good too.

Great service except they followed my husband around like he was some kind of shoplifter, we were in there with all of our kids and it was quite embarrassing.
