Very kind woman went back and found my package for me and let me retape it before it got shipped since I was worried it was under taped. Very helpful and kind !

I've been here a few times to send out packages. It's always quick and easy and the staff are friendly and polite.

I meant to do this 4 wks. ago, but got carried away with unexpected issues, but I figure better late than never. I had a. Amazon purchase that I needed to return, but I arrived at the UPS store right after they had closed. The owner came out when he saw me and explained that they closed at 2:00. I told him I wouldn't be able to come back until next Saturday and he opened the store back up for me and then took another lady who came late as well! I really appreciate his willingness to go out of his way for me. They have always been very nice to me at this UPS store and I would highly recommend them!

Needed two documents notarized. We were in and out quickly and the whole process was painless.

every negative review here is just unreasonable people not understanding how things are supposed to work, take your anger elsewhere, society doesnt need you unreasonable people

i doubt youll ever see it, but to the guy behind the counter who let me stay 30 minutes after closing and was super helpful and useful, your the best man!
i expected to be told to leave, to have an employee who didnt super care but na you where great.

I go to this location very often , it does suck they don’t offer free tape but I understand with owning a small business. Very efficient customer service and they help where they can.

Absolutely the nicest UPS store I've ever been to. I believe it was Ms. Shin that was running the front of the store and she was incredibly friendly.

New location is much more convenient than having to go all the way across Ames. Service was friendly and prompt.
