John Q was so helpful and supportive and will help in any way he can to make sure that you feel great when purchasing from this dealership. Plus he speaks Spanish as well which is a bonus. The management and finance agents also are kind and courteous as well and very friendly. My car was clean and looked good as new once it was ready for me. I highly recommend them!

John Q and the manager made it real easy to get financed within 1 hr . I got the car I wanted instantly so it was a quick test drive and instantly fell in love. Was there over the weekend and Luis C. Helped us out. Great guy, was very personable and easy to deal with. Bought two cars, one on Saturday and another on Monday. I have seen other reviews bash this place but you do have to remember that they are selling used cars. If you do your research on the car you intend to purchase you will not have any issues. If you want an easy experience here just ask for Luis C. He will bend over backwards for you and will get you into what you want. Thanks Luis!!

Our family bought an SUV from west Chicago auto mall and we are thrilled!! WE drove several different automobiles before we made our decision. What sold us was our Salesman, he was extremely patient, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I purchase a 2020 Honda Civic hatchback sport from this dealership. I got my pre approval and rates through my lender before walking into the dealer. George was the associate that helped me with my purchase.

I test drove the car and was in and out of the dealership in an hour or so. The entire experience was fast and easy. George did a great job facilitating the deal. Thank you!

I went to the dealership because they had a particular model of BMW that I wanted. I thought it was gonna be the same old routine just like most used car places where they nickel and dime you for every single little thing and forget about you as soon as you sign the paperwork and hand over a check.

But I was wrong and I’m sorry for having that preconception because these guys changed my mind entirely. We were able to negotiate a very fair deal and signed all the paperwork and I walked out the door to my new used BMW. The deal was done. When I got out to the lot, I found the trunk was loose and wouldn’t close properly which also prevented the convertible roof from operating. (It was working fine earlier that day.) I went back inside to talk to the manager Sebastian who very well could’ve said take a hike too bad you signed for the car and inspected it. It’s your problem now. But that’s not what he did. He assigned one of his top mechanics to the case and over the course of two days they did everything possible to make it right and fix the problem including the involvement of BMW, another repair shop and a host of other knowledgable mechanics. All free of charge to me (nearly a $900 job) with my time and satisfaction paramount in their minds. Problem was solved and fixed!

Thanks to Sebastian and Mike as well as my salesman Armani (sorry if I misspelled that), I’m a very happy customer. I won’t hesitate to go back to West Chicago for my next car. A+ integrity A+ customer service.
