Had everything I needed for a drainage job. Convenient that I can make a parts list online that I can use when I shop. Employee that I asked for location of drain pipes took me outside to where they were, helped me carry them in, and secured them with plastic to make them easier to transport. Great experience!

The store has many knowledgeable employees in every department. I was greeted as I walked by customer service. Overall, always has a wide selection of products for any project. However, a minor issue with pricing at checkout. A manager named Cynthia was called to the register to change the price. The difference was less than $2 she made it a complicated transaction. Other than that a good experience.

Knowledgeable friendly staff. Very helpful. Never reata problem finding what I'm looking for. I even called before going into store and the store employee made sure to go pit eyes on the product before prematurely saying "we are out of stock". Thanks Menards!!

Menards in the winter...yes! they have the winter gear!!!!

I always find what I need at any menards store I visit, they have a great selection and everything is very well laid out. I needed some things for my fireplace and they had everything I needed and much more, I also saved extra money with their 11% rebate on every item! The staff is knowledgeable, the store is clean and well stocked, I go here more than any other home improvement store!

I went to Menards with two "to dos" on my list. I was successful with both things because the employees there were super helpful, answered my questions and helped me find the right product to fit my needs.

Emily went above and beyond when we needed help with patio cushions. She listened to our concerns and found exactly what we needed at another Menards. It’s refreshing to find sharp people who take their job seriously and really care!! Any employer is fortunate to have a person like Emily on their team!

Great service in yard where you pick up large materials. Young man saw us across the yard and immediately drove over. He loaded our car nicely and was very polite.

West Chicago location is very nice. This store is always well stocked with advertised sale items. This trip I have 5 different employees ask if I needed assistance. Another Menards I frequent isn't quite as well represented.

I was helped by Junior in flooring and he was very helpful. Sometimes it can be a bit hard to find an employee in a department but I located him rather quickly and was in and out fast

I want to thank the young lady in the electrical department who "saved the day"for me on Sunday. I believe her name was Alisha. I came to the store very frazzled and upset. I had an electrician at my house hanging a ceiling fan and he discovered that the sealed box from Hunter was missing some pieces. When I came into the store I found out that the fan was discontinued. No other fans had a similar part. Since I had waited over a month to get the electrician out to my house and was not happy about having to wait and pay him for another trip out I was quite upset. She had the sample fan on the ceiling taken down and collected up the missing parts for me. Thank you Alisha for the above and beyond service!
