Ivan Pagan went above and beyond to help get my phone back working today contacting Verizon to resolve the problem . He was very patient and showed great customer service.

I absolutely love this verizon store! The agent that helped me, Chris, was so friendly and helpful. He made sure I got the perfect phone for my needs and even showed me how to use all the features. I've never had such a great experience at a cell phone shop before. I will definitely be coming back here for all my future cell phone needs!

Ivan was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with us as I switched service providers and upgraded my phone. He explained everything he was doing, was up to date on promotions and pricing, and made what could have been a difficult and annoying process very smooth and positive. Would definitely recommend this store to others in the area!

Doug was extremely helpful and friendly! I have had the same phone for about 4 years and he really made the transition an easy one for me! I will recommend everyone I know to go here! I also went on a Saturday afternoon and Doug was able to do 3 things at once without making me feel unimportant. So glad I made the switch to Verizon!

Had an amazing experience at the Verizon in west Chicago. I had a few questions about my bill and Kayla looked into it and provided expert knowledge. My last Verizon seemed to lie and not know what was going on. I’m very pleased with her and her knowledge. Definitely switching to this Verizon location for everything I need in the future. If you need a upgrade or a new line of service I definitely suggest this Verizon store. Overall I am beyond please and I will not be shopping at or working with any other Verizon besides this store because of her. Always ask for Kayla!!! She will always have Expert knowledge and get you the best deal possible! always ask for her and I promise you will be in Good hands!! I have Never have been happier with a phone company in my life! Honestly she deserves a raised for her knowledge and customer service. A 100/10 for customer service from me!!!

Always a good experience here. Latest visit, Ali did a great job helping get what I needed. He answered every question I had about setup, and showed me multiple options to find the best price for my plan. He was personable, very tech savvy, and appreciated his attention details.

Mark was a huge help to what started as a frustrating day. Got me all set up and back up and running in no time. As a GM for a restaurant, my phone is a huge asset and Mark got me everything I needed to do my job. He was super knowledgeable and efficient.

He was VERY patient! As an older person, I don’t always get things the first time. He calmly & steadily went over all the details. Every question and/ or concern I had was answered in a way I could understand. Wish all store persons were as considerate!

I was in town and helping my parents get phone upgrades. I was so impressed with the customer care and service. I noticed several others helped while we were waiting for my dad's phone to transfer data and was impressed as and how the staff help to resolve issues. It is clear they have established customer loyalty through taking care of their customers. Be your opinions of Verizon as you may this store and their team is excellent!

Kayla and Sean we're very helpful. Walked in checking on a promotion and decided to upgrade my watch and plan. Felt at home and was welcomed the moment I walked in. Definitely recommend coming here for any questions, concerns, and possible future and current upgrades.

Great experience. Nolan was super helpful and personable. Made sure my plan stayed the same and made adding a line a breeze. They also helped me back when the Iphone 11 XS Max came out and got me the green one the same day it was released when other stores didn’t have it.

We had excellent service from the Verizon store in West Chicago. Kenneth went above and beyond to make sure we understood our new phone and plan. We walked over from the TMobile store, which was a train wreck! We happily switched carriers! We highly recommend visiting their store with highly competent people! Kudos to them! I was so impressed by this store and their employee, Kayla. When you walk into this store they ask how they can help you. ATT tries to sell you something you don’t need.
Kayla was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about their programs and policies. She was very patient and didn’t try to rush my son and I, but we were in and out of there in an hour, switching carriers and getting all new phones for 4 people. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment so you don’t have to wait.

The store went above and beyond in all expectations. We came in a minute until closing and Edemir and Julie greeted us with a smile and asked what they could. My husband had damaged his phone and it was not working even a little. They spent time showing us different phones, options, and accessories and saving me money. They were patient and understanding and went above and beyond when on a Friday night when they should have been home. They missed their families to help with mine with no complaint or annoyance. They took time as if we were the first customers of the day. They were wonderful and so helpful. I can not say enough good things. Thank you!

I lost my phone and was having trouble getting my replacement phone activated. I explained that my cell phone is essential to my work day to an employee named Ali. The store was very busy that day. Ali used great time management skills to make time to help me. He had my issues resolved in a timely fashion, all while maintaining social distancing. Thank you again Ali!

I visited the Verizon store in West Chicago and the staff there was awesome. We had a great experience. Sean was extremely knowledgeable and was able to set up 4 lines at once. It was truly one of the most pain free experiences. They had the phones and all the accessories in stock.

Tyler, kattia, and edemir greeted me promptly and professionally, immediately asked how they could help, and patiently explained everything I needed to know, and informed me that I could come back in for help with my tablet.

Had to buy a new phone at the spur of the moment. Sean was a huge help! He was knowledgeable and made the experience fun and was able to explain how our new devices work (I'm older than 40 and not tech savvy). I would recommend Sean and that location to anyone needing phones or new devices!
