I've been coming to Edge Salon for a few years now, and I'm always thrilled with the job that Nancy does on my hair. My last cut and color was just before my son's wedding and I couldn't have been more pleased with the results. I often get compliments on my hair, and I have Nancy to thank!! The salon is really nice too...great atmosphere, and always so clean and current. Highly recommend!!

Nancy is amazing. I dropped in to get my kids’ hair cut. She happily welcomed us as walk-ins and took excellent care of my girls! She was so kind and patient with them. She also was gracious and explained why she was choosing to trim their hair the way she was. She did a lovely job and my girls had a great experience too. I will for sure be back!

Love Nancy! What a great salon she has built. My wife and I have been going to her for years, both at this her own salon, #Edge Salon, and before that at the large chain salon she managed. I went to Nancy years ago as a child and just recently decided to return for a haircut. I didn’t stop going because of the service, but because the location (Woodfield Mall) was too far from me and a barber was much closer. Nancy hasn’t changed at all in the ~8 years since I last saw her. She is incredibly professional, funny, and kind. She has a vast knowledge of hair and was able to look at a photo on my phone and replicate the haircut. I was incredibly comfortable as a male getting my haircut as this salon, and will definitely be returning! The price is about $10.00 more expensive than the barber, but I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for. She washes hair before it is cut and follows COVID protocols. I would give this salon 10 stars if I could!

Nancy is absolutely the best!

I was not happy with the results from Nancy. I found her to be very moody and did not want to listen to what I wanted to have done with my hair, which was a very simple request. Yes, it was owner Nancy. She responded to me to try to find out who did my hair but she does not want to understand that it was her that did my hair. Her name is Nancy and she is the owner of this little shop. She just needs to admit it.

Went in to get a cut. The one person was busy and anther came out but pretended I wasn’t there. Then after the guy came up he was looking at me like what do you want. I asked if he had an opening and he was like no I’m done and I’m pretty sure everyone else is done too. I wouldn’t of stopped if I didn’t see the flashing open sign. I get I was a walk in, but I want even offered to make an appointment for a future date. He could have been a little more professional. If that’s how they act I def don’t want them cutting my hair
