Michael Lenahan and his team at Country have been invaluable to us for the last 8+ years. (Washington, IL). Comprehensive home insurance claims. I had a great experience switch insurance to Country with Michael Lenahan. My initial phone call with his staff requesting a quote was very pleasant and helpful. Michael was able to call me directly after only 1 day, with a detailed quote that he went over with me line by line. Shortly after, had a in-person meeting to go over everything with details specific to my situation/needs. Great Insurance Agent worked with to make sure I had the proper coverage for my Home, Auto, General Liability, Workers Comp, and Commercial Auto. Very responsive to emails and calls as well I like being able to pick up the phone and reaching my agent w/o having to wait to be prompted by a computer.

All I can say is that Michael is one amazing human being! My husband & I were in the process of buying/closing on a home in Illinois while we were still in Texas. There are a lot of moving parts with moving in general, but as a first time homebuyer trying to buy a home from a completely different state, I am grateful that Michael came recommended. I was referred to Michael by a friend for home insurance. Although I did not meet Michael in person, we spoke on the phone and he is arguably one of the most professional, thorough, and honest people I have ever spoken to. I felt like I've known him for years and he was able to explain insurance to me like I was 5 years old very thoroughly and clearly. He answered all my questions, bundled my home+car insurance at a very reasonable price and was very honest with me about any additional coverage that may or may not have been needed. We had some delays with the bank I was working with closing on a house and unexpected deadlines that needed to be met which he went above and beyond to complete in a timely fashion. Michael Lenahan was very patient with our initial inquiry, suggested coverage adjustments for us to consider, and responded to all of our questions very quickly, including over Christmas weekend. When we met in his office to execute our policies he took the time to explain each one and how the DriverIQ AP worked (which saved us money on our auto policy). He made sure that we had exactly the coverage we wanted and needed. Everyone in his office was very polite and welcoming, which further put us at ease. Highly recommend! Not only did Michael explain everything, but was so patient with us. After we got the home and car insurance set up, we ended up adding a new driver to our insurance and then adding a vehicle. Each change we had Michael was very responsive and communicated everything that was needed to get the updates made. He made switching over insurance companies a smooth process.
