Lowe's Home Improvement

Well stocked and staffed. The crew is helpful and try hard. I'm in the store often and rarely have issues. The appliances warranty program leaves a bit to be desired but not enough to take the store down to 4 stars.

I don't say this too often about Lowe's but this store is a GOOD one. Clean and organized and plenty of staff always offering to help out. Provided some helpful input into our never-ending home improvement projects with our son's new house. The return department was also very speedy and pleasant to work with.

Lianet is awesome. She’s a big help in the pro desk and has had events for the pros like taco bars and iced coffee. She’s always in a good mood and is a pro at her job. Tonya is a great cashier and is always on the ball. She has been a big help for us in checking out in lumber. Thank you ladies!

Thom K in appliances was amazing!!! He spent so much time helping us carefully choose our items. He shared rebates and set up/haul away options and even worked past his end of schedule to get us what we needed. I am so impressed by his knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile! If you need appliances see Thom!!!

The staff there is awesome. Very helpful. Clean store. I have yet to come across an employee with an attitude.

Good, large selection of tools, paint, lumber, garden items, appliances and anything you need for a home improvement project. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable and attentive. The location is conveniently located just off Veterans Parkway.

I had an issue with my Lowes Card and some unauthorized transactions. I made several attempts to get it resolved by calling Lowes Credit Services but nothing was resolved. I went to the Lowes Store in Bloomington and spoke with Sandra, a Customer Service Manager. She called Lowes Credit Services and helped get the issue fixed for me. Sandra was over the top in her interest and willingness to help!

Good prices and selection. Really like that when you look up an item on their website, not only does it tell you if it is in stock, but also tells you exactly where to find it! Awesome time saver! Always has what I need for a project!

I had a delightful experience yesterday. I purchased material for a fence in my yard and had questions. Luis(camo jacket guy) took the time to explain everything and ensured I had the proper materials. He went above and beyond and literally drew out things to make sure I understood. Luis was extremely thoughtful, thanks.

Lowe's is a great place to visit. The environment is very clean and sanitary and the shelves are very organized. They even though the recent shipping crisis, have maintained a very good selection of items and the prices are very reasonable. All in all I would highly recommend Lowe's to my friends and family. I will definitely be back again.

I went to Lowe's in Bloomington Illinois to by a truck toolbox and a young man came up right away to help me find the toolbox I was looking for. I had left my phone in my truck and wanted to show him the one I wanted to buy. His name was Jason, and he was very patient with me while I went to my truck to get my phone. Once I got back in the store and showed him the toolbox I was looking for, he took me right to it and opened the box to let me look at it. This is what I call customer service. He even carried out the toolbox and helped me load it.

The sales items were not yet labeled properly the young lady at the cashiers area was extremely helpful. I found a large supply of the plants that were on sale.

Saved $1800 on brand new kitchen cabinets! Love the deal!

The right place for good quality tools .

I’ve had some bad experiences with customer service and friendliness here.. Justin however is an amazing employee and super helpful! Definitely went above and beyond for me and I decided to purchase more than I was planning because of him and his expertise. Thank you Justin.

Always a good trip to get home items. I picked up an orange chain this time. Also milk selenius sized carter pins. I had to buy several sizes because I forgot to measure the one I had before I left the house. Good thing they carry variety packs.

Very nice home improvement store! They always have what we need when doing new home project's! Everything's priced ranged nice! The workers are always helpful and knowledgeable! I enjoy being able to go into the huge stores and have the help available to find what i need and quick! Definitely a go to for home improvements!
