Liberty Dental

I’ve been going to liberty dental since 2010. Always friendly and they do a good job. They were great throughout the Covid craziness and now Dr Johnson has other dentists after merging with other practitioners. I am currently doing clear aligners with Dr Guernsey and it’s been going very well. She is great and I feel very listened to when I come in for my checkups.

Very happy with my experiences over the years at liberty dental and would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist in the Ann Arbor area.

My family and I are so happy at Liberty Dental. Upon arrival you are greeted by professional friendly staff. The office is beautiful and very welcoming. Hygienist Kellie R. Is extremely detailed and does a very thorough and excellent job. She is kind, personal and thoughtful making the x-ray and cleaning experience personal, relaxed and easy. Dr. Johnson has been lovely. She always takes her time examining each of us and has a genuine care for our oral health and well being. We are so glad to be patients at Liberty Dental and highly recommend them!

I moved to the area nearly two years ago and I had been seeing the same dentist since I was a child. I was very hesitant to go to a new dentist office but my fiance started going to Liberty Dental and loved it. My first visit was such a great experience. The office is really nice and spacious and always sparkling clean. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. I absolutely love my hygienist, Holly. She is very thorough and very pleasant. The dentists are also really thorough and explain everything. I highly recommend this dentist office!

Nice new office with friendly staff. I've gotten right in on time to appointments. Had a crown made and set permanently in same visit quickly. Dr Stevenson explains everything about the procedure and treatment plans and takes time to answer questions and listen to concerns. I highly recommend this practice.

I love this new building and location. Dr. Johnson is so nice and my dental hygienist is the best. I feel informed, and for the first time in my life I want to take better care of my oral hygiene because of my hygienist. I also take my kid here and he has no issues.

Liberty Dental is a fabulous dental practice. Dr. Stevenson has been my dentist for over 8 years. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, caring, and kind. He explains exactly what’s going on in my mouth in a way that I can understand and involves me in making decisions regarding my dental care. My hygienist feels like a good friend and I look forward to my dental appointments. Dr. Guernsey is equally wonderful and I love knowing that she is there when Dr. Stevenson is out of the office. My mother was seen by Dr. Kristin Johnson. Dr. Johnson was very kind and spent time explaining all her options so my mother could make an informed decision. My mother has lots of anxiety around dental care and Dr. Johnson was very attentive to her anxiety and reassured her that she was being heard and that her anxiety would be addressed so she is comfortable and not afraid. I appreciate the compassionate care my mother received.

Liberty Dental provides top-notch services and their customer care is exceptional. Like many people, I often feel anxious when it comes to dental visits. However, the staff at Liberty Dental constantly checked-in with me throughout my cleanings (which took multiple appointments as I hadn't been to a dentist in over a decade). They took great care of me and never judged me. I appreciate all of the nuanced care that I received - it means a lot! I highly recommend this group of dental professionals!

I love Liberty Dental. They are so gentle with the sensitive places in my teeth. Every hygienist that I've had here is excellent. Even my mother likes them and she has had a history of teeth problems and had developed a phobia of dentists.

Having spent most of my adult life in a dentists chair, Murphy's Law lives in my mouth, I was very nervous moving to Ann Arbor six years ago from Manhattan thinking I would be starting from scratch having to build a relationship of trust with a new dentist. A friend sang the praises of Liberty Dental , I made an appointment and my prayers were answered. The office is as beautiful as it is welcoming. The staff is on point.They are extremely skilled at what they do and they do everything to make you feel taken care of. Dr. Stevenson is my dentist and he is masterful. He is highly trained, extremely kind and very caring. I never thought I would say it, but I look forward to my visits. Now that says something!

I highly recommend Liberty Dental. Their office is very accessible, clean, and modern. Lots of amenities like free wifi, bottled water, espresso/coffee machine, and ample parking in a convenient location for anyone in Ann Arbor, Dexter, or nearby communities. Efficient but thorough cleanings + inspections, and they always send me home with free dental care items too.

My whole family has seen Dr. Johnson for as long as I can remember! She's excellent with people of all ages, from babies to seniors. She has an excellent attitude, is incredibly talented in taking care of teeth and patients, and all of the staff are very warm and kind. My 8 year old (who has seen her his whole life) loves coming home with goodies to take care of his teeth! I also appreciate the text reminders and convenient online payment options. In my opinion, there is no better option than Liberty Dental!

The doctor's and staff at Liberty Dental have been so supportive on my dental health journey. While my wait time is often very short, I have never felt rushed. From the hygienist to the dentist, the care I have received has always been thorough and my questions are always answered. The whole team at Liberty Dental is great. I have been a patient of Dr. Stevenson for 5 years and have received great care and recommendations. My dental hygienists are friendly and take great care of my teeth. My overall oral hygiene has improved.

Great dentistry. I've been coming here for seven years now (mostly at their prior location) and I really like both the dentists and all of the hygienists I've worked with. My teeth and gums are in better condition than they've been for decades and I've gotten good advice on how to care for them. Best of all, I've never felt pressure for interventions I didn't want or need, and I've been able to have clear, informative conversations about which options are best for me.

This is one of the best dental experiences I have ever had. I'm an older patient with old fillings and cracks so I've needed a lot of work specifically crowns. I appreciate a dentist who does careful beautiful work. Dr. Stevenson is an artist and efficient dentist of the highest caliber.

This is the best dental office I have ever been to! The office staff is incredibly friendly and my dentist and dental assistants make me feel at ease and comfortable, no matter what work I'm having done. I will never go anywhere else!
