Came inside, needed to open another checking account. The first available appointment with the banker was the next day. Michele Schultz! You are awesome! Great customer service! I didn't even have to ask. You saw that I can't wait for so long and I was in a hurry. You helped me solve my problem by guiding me through the US Bank app. It literally took 2 mins. Thak you for being so patient with me!

Zach went above and beyond when setting me up with an account. He had stuff for my kids to do and made it an extra special experience for them. Thanks Zach! Looking forward to banking to US Bank.

I went to this bank to get some change for my small business after being turned down by TCF, and Wells Fargo. When I came in, I was scared at first that they would also turn me down, but Matt was behind the counter, and he was very happy to help me! Matt was extremely helpful, and friendly, and he gave me the change that I needed for my business.

I have only had positive experiences here. I always feel welcomed by the kind staff. Even if they have just dealt with a difficult client, they greet me cheerily and give me 5 star service. I try not to go to any other branch if I can help it because the service here is the best.

I was going to close my account for monthly fee issues they wave the fee switched to free chacking account I'm happy thank you

Not a big fan of going to this bank. I regret having to use this bank every time. Employees are always annoyed you need their services and they often argue among each other.

I went in to do a simple name changed. She was very rude from the start. I said "am I able to do a name change with you?" And she goes. Yeah. Very rudely. And I said okay. Then she responds with "why are you changing your name." Maybe because I got a name change? I got married? she was just very short with me. One of the rudest people I've met since signing up to be apart of us bank. I obviously got why I needed proof after she said she needed both forms. But she could've been a lot nicer about it.
As I was leaving she stated again rudely. You'll need your marriage license. I think I got it when I was leaving and said okay thanks anyways. Not sure why she was having such a pissy attitude. She shouldn't be working with customers if she can't handle any interactions with others without being completely rude and snide. Thanks girly. I had no idea people In there late 30s still acted like high schoolers.
I did nothing to provoke her. Other than smile at her and approach her and ask her a simple question. She didn't even smile at me nor did she say "have a good day" or anything else normal nice people say when working customer service. I've worked in the customer service industry for two years. I've never once been rude to people like that. Even when I got cussed out. It's called being professional and handling situations like an adult. Something this person need to learn more of!
