The Session Room

Went in for a quick bite on a Saturday at lunchtime and was very pleased. The interior is welcoming, the service was great, and the food delicious. They have a great selection of beers and ciders, and it looks like it could be a lot of fun to visit them on a Friday or Saturday night too.

Stopped here randomly needing some Friday night dinner. In town to visit my cousins. The staff was so cool at this place. Super nice and kept coming back topping off the drinks. Wow! The food is super good. Definitely worth a sit down. **Note: no fries on the menu, but the kettle chips are great.

The food was really great. They have wide variety of beer selection. Decent service. It was really crowded on Friday night.

Lots of beer selection, including some really good ones. Had a French Dip which was outstanding. Kinda loud but a fun atmosphere. Staff was new but very attentive and helpful

I love the food and vibe at Session Room, one of the best places to hangout outside of the Downtown Ann Arbor area.
They also have the best nachos ever!

TLDR; Underrated Ann Arbor gem. Food fresh from scratch using seasonal ingredients perfectly. Mo our server exceptionally warm and personable, took time to connect with us. Incredible first visit of many to come. New local favorite!!

Really loved the food. Not a drinker, so I can't speak to the beer, but the pizza was smokey from the oven, and the sandwich was unique. Delicious. Highly recommend.

There were four of us over the age of 60 and we all enjoyed our food and the service very much. Two of us had Bi Bim Bap and it was amazing. Packed with flavor and some to take home. Two of us got pizza and they loved the thin crisp crust. The drinks were stiff too! We will be back and hope Chloe is our server again 🙂.

Love it. The Garden Pizza is incredible. Salty green olives with the sweetness of the sparsely sprinkled corn is divine. Odd and unexpected, but the flavors were so well balanced in this pizza we truly loved it. The mushrooms were great as well. I'm not usually a veggie only person, but I will be ordering this the next time I go. This order was carryout. A few sauces and our upgraded $ mashed potatoes were missing from our large order. But with how understaffed the whole world is, I think I need to take responsibility and double check my order before driving off. Only seems fair to those who do show up to work in the service industry, so I will do a better job making sure I got what I wanted before driving away.

The special Oro King Salmon bowl is phenomenal, too. As was the salmon potato soup. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Really neat place and enjoyed dining in as well. Really liked and appreciated the wait staff and their recommendations!!

The Session Room is reliably very good. It's noisy inside when it's busy but they have a huge enclosed tent in back that is not usually crowded.
The beer is excellent and the food is very good.
Fast and very helpful service.

Brisket Chili was delicious! Dark Horse Hazy Crooked Tree IPA on tap!

Incredible draft list, with a huge selection of Michigan beers. I also tried the pizza which was delicious. The noise level was pretty high - I think hanging some curtains or acoustical material from the ceiling would go a long way to making the place less noisy. Otherwise, this is an excellent place for beer and I'll be back as often as possible!

Our server Michael was such a hard worker, always hustling to get us what we need, and he knows the menu well. Food is creative and varied. Atmosphere is a bit loud, but lively and airy.

Food was fantastic. Had the roasted scallops that were done perfect, along with the celery puree and the cauliflower rice. Very tasty. We had the brie, and toast appetizer that was also fantastic.

Music was great, servers are very polite, food was amazing 🤩
I recommend the "Vander Mill Raspberry Zero" cider
I also got the BBQ chicken pizza and it was so good

Lovely place! Great food, great beers, great service! Wish there was sound dampening something's on the ceiling- bit hard to hear even right next to each other

Sat in the covered, heated patio and it was nice. Many delicious beers to choose from. Green olives on the nachos was a weird choice that made them a bit saltier than I think is warranted. Service was friendly and prompt.

Great sports bar vibe with a variety of food and drinks. Great service and always an enjoyable time. We recommend the pizza or bibimbap bowls and any of the drinks!

Great pizza. Smaller menu but everything is good. Lots of TVs but if you prefer no screens sit outside in their warmed porch.

Can be noisy at times. Big place, but fun atmosphere great beer list. Just had appetizers. All delicious. Thank you
