Dannie is absolutely fantastic! I came here on my birthday and he truly went above and beyond to make my shopping experience so much fun. He was informative of everything Jo Malone, and I appreciate him taking the time to show me almost every cologne in the store until I found the perfect one. He engraved the bottle and the cap for me, as well as the one I picked out for my sister-in-law. I will definitely be back :)

Went in and was dead-set on getting the “Myrrh & Tonka” scent (sadly they were all out, so it was ordered it for me). However, Lisa Dicesare (boutique manager) was AMAZING at suggesting some other options that would suit me while I await the delivery of my preferred selection. She combined several, including “Rose & White Musk” (which I also purchased), “Poppy & Barley” and “Peony & Blush Suede” with my 1st love “White Sage & Sea Salt”. I was in heaven!!! Thanks again Lisa for yet another awesome experience.

Dannie is amazing! The best customer service I’ve ever received, my Mother’s Day gift for my mom did not get delivered properly and Dannie made sure she received it ASAP! He is truly appreciated.

Dan and Elaine were great to work with. Helped me with getting bridal shower favors for an upcoming shower. Dan and Elaine were extremely kind in helping me put together some gifts. Elaine wrapped them beautifully!

Sonya M is the absolute best, and I’ve been shopping with her for years. She takes her time with me, and makes every experience wonderful. Everyone in that store can learn a thing or two from her!

We stopped in on 1/22/22, Saturday evening, and the ladies who serviced us were amazing. They took the time to show us a multitude of different scents. I loved the Earl Grey Cucumber and will be back for it. We did purchase Cypress Grapevine and we are so happy. If you want something unique this the store!

We visited the Jo Malone boutique at Somerset mall and it was by far the best customer service we've ever received. They really listened to your preferences and if you're not sure of what you like, they were able to determine and narrow down the fragances that may suit you based off your description of key notes that excite you. Rather you tell them the name of fragrances that you've worn in the past or currently wear. I purchased Blackberry & Bay...very clean scent. We had the pleasure of working with Lisa D. Do yourself a favor and visit them, I'm sure you'll leave with something you love!

I just went and purchased some amazing cologne for myself and Karin was so nice. I love this fragrance and I haven't worn it in awhile so I treated myself today. Karin greeted me, gave me samples and also gift wrapped my purchase for me. I hope she bonuses always and gets treated the way a winning sales associate/manager should! I'll be back for more fragrance soon!
