This is the first time I wish I could rate a business more than 5 stars. The staff here truly exemplifies what genuine customer service is all about! As a first-time patient and now for sure a permanent loyal client they made making an appointment to the actual cleaning effortless. Everyone was exceptionally positive and highly professional. Special thanks to Marisa and Dr. Filipova for making my visit memorable. This is undoubtedly the best dental practice in Ann Arbor!!

Enspire, you all really know how to treat a lady. Dr. Shamraj is AMAZING and gentle and so absolutely awesome at what he does. This last visit was my second COMPLETELY PAIN-FREE extraction. Not to mention the fact it was a wisdom tooth! Due to his care and expertise I have not had any post extraction pain at all and have not needed any pain medication. I'm soooo greatful to have found a dentist that truly cares about my comfort and continued well being. Thank you, thank you ♡

I am an anxious patient, and have found Dr. Brown and her staff to be exceptional in their caring and competence over the many years I have been a patient at Enspire. Just today I called the office to report some oral pain and to alert Dr. Brown I was unable to get a timely appointment with a recommended specialist. She took the time from her busy schedule to call me back in person, discuss my level of pain, offer several solutions, including having her team begin calling other specialists to see if a more timely appointment could be found. I am so grateful for the consistent excellence in care that I have received at Enspire Dental!

I previously saw another dentist in Ann Arbor, however, was disappointed with the care there. I came to Enspire after a recommendation from a friend and I am SO happy I did. I have anxiety with dental procedures and at my most recent appointment to get cavities filled, I completely broke down. Both Dr. Harlock and the hygienist was SO incredibly kind, understanding, and non-judgmental. It honestly was the best dental experience I’ve ever had.

Dr. Brown is fantastic! Did Bonding on my teeth back in 2016 and they are still going strong and look fantastic. She did 7 more teeth for me yesterday to help with my gum recession and sensitivity! I can't say enough positive about my experience!

I had another terrific experience at Enspire Dental. The facilities and support staff were impressive. My hygienist Angela was thorough, efficient and fun. And Dr. Filipova was professional, precise and caring. I heartily recommend Enspire Dental!

I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist. I let Dr. Brown know and she has always went above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable. Everyone on staff is extremely nice. The environment is welcoming. I live an hour away and it’s worth the drive.

My experience here was absolutely amazing. I never leave reviews, but I truly cannot praise this team of professionals enough. From the moment I called for my emergency extraction, to the quick healing process that has ensued due to the care I received, I have been treated with utmost compassion and efficiency of care. Dr. Shamraj is awesome. He was so gentle, even though it was a difficult extraction - I had originally thought I would need to go to an oral surgeon for its removal but he got it out in one piece in a matter of minutes! He talked me through the whole thing and made sure I was not in pain. I really appreciated that before the extraction he took the time to be completely transparent and gave me the pro's and con's of all the options and ultimately let me decide what was the best option for me. Rachelle was an absolute angel, by my side the whole process, making sure I was comfortable and well taken care of, not to mention sharing in lovely conversation all the while. After quite a few rather traumatic dental procedures at other clinics, I can say that I fully trust the professionals at Enspire to treat me gently, with care and respect. I really appreciate the fact that they do not push unnecessary antibiotics on their patients like every other dentist I have ever been to. My teeth are really not in the greatest shape but not once was I made to feel shame or embarrassment by their condition. Just compassion and attentiveness all around. I was given detailed instructions on how to care for my extraction site which I believe was a big component in my quick healing, along with of course the gentle hand of Dr. Shamraj. Rachelle even gave me a check-up call later in the day to make sure I was doing alright after the procedure! I have never received such a high standard of care from a dental clinic, and I would without a doubt give them my highest recommendation.

Dr. Brown and the hygienists I’ve seen have been so kind, so attentive to my pain levels and anxiety. They even have blankets and neck pillows for longer treatments! So glad I found this place after so many years at other offices that have been neglectful to my care and consideration.

I seriously don't think I have enough room here to write all the nice things I have to say about Enspire, Dr. Brown, and her whole team. I have had all kinds of dental experiences that make it a pretty unpleasant thing for me - most recently an incorrect filling done by someone else. I found Enspire on Yelp to fix said filling, and the difference in how they treat their patients and quality of work is ASTOUNDING. They are fixing all my current issues for me and doing so in a comfortable setting. I was wrapped up in a blanket today for my fillings and the whole staff was just so sweet and comforting the entire time. My teeth aren't even sore and compared to my experience elsewhere, that is a huge win. I have felt heard, seen, truly listened to, and well cared-for from the first day I switched to Dr. Brown at Enspire and I couldn't recommend this place enough. Seriously the best.

This was the best dental experience I have ever had. Everyone I interacted with was very attentive and sweet. They’re pretty booked up a lot of the time, as most places, so keep that in mind when wanting to make an appointment!

After not going to the dentist for many years (i.e., before 2020), I got a cleaning and fillings here. I have seen both Dr. Farah and Dr. Filipova. Both are great. After seeing her twice for fillings, I decided to switch to Dr. Filipova, because I like her gentle and thorough approach. She is very encouraging and easy to talk to, and would be a great match for someone who has anxiety about going to the dentist. Some of my fillings ended up needing refining (with an extra appointment) and they were able to get me in quickly and fix the issue. Staff on the phone and in person have also been very helpful, especially Ian. They will give you an itemized receipt for FSA / yearly health care cost documentation if you ask. Their office is also really nicely decorated and maintained.

I am another very happy customer and feel Enspire Dental is the best dental care I have ever received! I have had lots of dentists that were good but no where near the level that Enspire consistently offers. I have seen a number of dentists in the group and feel they are all excellent but have to give Dr. Harlock special thanks for her outstanding care!

I recently went to Enspire as a new patient after receiving glowing referrals from our neighbors who are long time patients. My experience could not have been better! The facility is beautiful, state of the art and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Anna, my hygienist, was extremely kind and knowledgeable and Dr. Brown was wonderful. I wholeheartedly recommend Enspire to anyone looking for excellent dental care!

I have never felt more welcome and comfortable at any other dentist office. Before I even arrived, A’Jhane, their new-client representative, gave me a call to make sure my insurance was used in the best way to avoid out of pocket payments. Having been hustled by dental offices before this immediately gave me a warm feeling inside (thanks A’Jhane! You’re the best!)

I then arrived at my appointment. Every single person I encountered had smiles on their faces from the receptionists to other clients. I felt so welcome. After I checked I went to sit in the waiting area thinking, as in ALL my other experiences I’d be sitting for awhile. I barely sat down before I was called back. I wish I could remember everyone’s name, but frankly, they were all very kind, thoughtful, warm, friendly.

Everyone asked how I was doing through out my procedures and cleaning. Each professional was thorough without making me feel rushed.

I have already told all of my friends about this place. Do not hesitate. If you are in the Ann Arbor area Enspire should 100% be your new dentist. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Enspire! You dentist right!

Enspire Dental is the best dentist's office in the Ann Arbor area hands down! The staff are all so friendly and professional. Dr. Brown is a phenomenal dentist! The work I've had done on my teeth here was the most gentle of any dental practice I've ever been to. If you want high quality care, I highly recommend Dr. Brown and the Enspire team.

I have been a patient at Enspire Dental for five years and this is by far the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Harlock is such a gem, she’s so kind and personable, she even makes dental procedures pleasant! The whole team at Enspire is great and they’ve been very accommodating in emergencies, as well as just generally being focused on patient comfort. If you’re looking for a new dentist in AA, look no further!
