I've been using this shop since we moved here to Minnesota. They are always up front, friendly and quick to answer any questions and are able fix the heaviest repairs, without surprise costs. I recommend using them.

I've taken 3 vehicles to Sundberg for multiple repairs and regular maintenance. I have always gotten great service, they never push for things that aren't needed, but they absolutely will tell you if something needs to get done.
One of my earlier visits was with my Buick Century I had bought from a family member of my mother's boyfriend. I brought it in for an oil change. While I was finishing up, they pointed out that I needed new tires, because there was dry rot on the inside wall and they were bulging (the car had sat in a garage for years without being driven). They didn't push me to purchase from them and have them installed, it was literally just a "hey, for your safety you need to do this, and soon!"

I just had my transmission rebuilt on my Buick Regal. They gave me everything I needed to help me fight my warranty company that was trying to deny my claim.

I recommend this shop to a lot of my friends because they have great pricing, and don't try to give you the runaround.

I was very pleased with the service. I had an appt to check my brakes. Turned out that it was bad calipers in the back that needed to be fixed and also needed new links in the front. My car drives a lot better now. No shaking when idling as before or hearing any sounds when hitting the bumps. The cost of repairs I felt was less than expected which is always a good thing! I never felt pressured to get something I didn’t need. All upfront and honest folks here. Very happy customer. Highly recommend this repair shop!

As a female walking into any auto shop, I’m sure it’s well known that we are made to feel incompetent and like we are going to be swindled. This is the first place I’ve gone where I don’t need to have my guard up the whole time! I feel respected and taken care of as a customer! They always explain clearly the services that are being provided and aim to do what’s best for me and my vehicle.
I trust them completely and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Went in for an oil change , set up the appointment earlier in the week for Friday at 3pm. Had a synthetic oil change done on my vehicle. Everything went well , staff was very friendly and upfront. Exam found some issues that I wasn't made aware of when I purchased my vehicle. Got quoted a fair price , wasn't able to have repairs done but will take bring my business back to have it done.

This is a great place to bring your vehicle to! Larry and Keith are genuinely nice guys and are honest. They fix what needs to be fixed, and they give you a heads up about all that is need of repair in the moment and in the future. They work hard to get your vehicle back to you as soon as possible, and they do a great job. When I moved to Burnsville, I was looking for an honest and fair priced place to bring my vehicles to, and I found it here. I highly recommend Sundberg's Auto!

I am glad we gave these guys a try after visiting two other shops in the area for tires and alignment that performed a less than satisfactory job, to put it nicely (and charged more too)..

Sundberg's went above and beyond to make sure our new truck was safe and the job was done right with fair pricing. They kept us updated throughout the process and offered advice on a small issue they came across without trying to sell us anything that wasn't needed. Everyone i spoke with was friendly, polite and professional and the job was performed right on time.

Sunberg’s auto is our go-to auto shop. We have been taking our cars there for over 6 years. Larry, Jim and Keith are very professional and friendly. They explain things in a way we can always understand. They get the job done quickly and efficiently and they never try to sell you on something that doesn’t need the repair. I've taken my vehicles here for a few years now and they are very honest and do an awesome job! I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Plus the employees are always polite and friendly, explaining everything.

They did a pre-purchase inspections for us on a salvage/rebuilt title and I have never been more thankful. They did a very thorough job and we are very appreciative of that. They showed us everything on the vehicle (even lifted it up to show some of the issues), talked us through each of their finds and things to look for in the future. Honestly saved us from buying a 14,000 vehicle that was in very rough shape. I would HIGHLY recommend these folks for an inspections.

Sundberg's Automotive in Burnsville is by far the best shop in the Twin Cities. I've been doing business with them for over a decade and they have always been honest, up front, and fair. They have never recommended a repair that wasn't necessary and have never pushed or pressured me to do anything. Recommendations are always explained thoroughly and their prices are more than fair. I have recommended all of my family to bring their vehicles here and they've all been just as impressed at I am. These guys are like family to me and that's a relationship you just don't get with many businesses.

I love this shop. I have been going here for many years. It can be hard to find a mechanic you can trust. Everyone at this shop does a fabulous job taking care of regular upkeep and any extra things that pop up. They also let me know what needs to be taken care of right away and what can wait for the next visit. The customer service is always exceptional! I'm always greeted with a smile.
