I loved this location the staff was very nice I purchased a Groupon. Tried Cryotherapy prior and didn’t like being closed in this location was perfect and I didn’t panic!

I've been curious about Cryo for some time and drive by this place every day on my way to work. Last week I stopped in to see what the hype was all about.....The cold is very tolerable as it is dry and brief. For the rest of the day, it felt as if I had a shot of expresso on the hour, every hour. This energy lasted for several days. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and the reclining chairs are legit.

10/10 recommend.

This was my very 1st time going here today, and I must say the staff were very pleasant and it was so clean and peaceful inside. I will definitely be back fir more services. It was a great experience!

My boyfriend and I visited the Royal Oak location for the first time recently, wanting to try out the full-body cryotherapy. We were helped by Jessica and she provided an excellent experience. She was informative and professional while leading us through the whole process. Since we had a great experience with Jessica, we have since been back for other services!

PLUS I GOT THE chance to meet two regular customers, Robin and John.. I have authritis in both hips, sciatica and knee pain. First time it has given me some relief. I'll be back. REFRESHING !!!

Whether you're a serious athlete, work out a lot, or just have regular muscle aches and pains, you NEED to get cryotherapy! I am a marathon runner and come here routinely for help with everything from soreness to preventative maintenance to help with nagging injuries. After I get a whole body treatment, I like to get a Normtec session as well for extra care. I always leave feeling brand new and literally happier. The facility is very nice, clean, and calming and the staff has always been very nice, friendly, and make you feel welcome. Love this place.
