Lowes has been increasing employees knowledge and experience in employees for us contractors who need random things fast. Today two such employee showed me patience and trust as I left the store a half dozen times to color match paint to my truck. And as i familiarized myself with lowes products based off of employee knowledge. I appreciated that very much. I recently went into this Lowes for bath remodel. I was amazed at how Alex was extremely professional and very knowledgeable on products. His attention to customer service was worthy of 5 stars if not 6.

Lovelace wish I had one close to my house again. After looking at microwaves at Nebraska furniture Mart and even if it was on their dog a 3-day wait, I found the exact same one I wanted at Lowe's and saved $75

Got some great deals on tools. They got Hitachi- Metabo Pnuematic Cap Staplers & Coil Roofing Nailers. Still looking at Pit Boss Wood Pellet Grills.

Was looking for smart home automation stuff... they have an excellent selection of the Lutron products setup for you to play with. This particular location was also a very clean and helpful store when I was walking about. Not overwhelmed with salespeople, but readily available for me if I needed assistance.

Staff always helpful and friendly. I visit the Dodge store location at least twice weekly so I’m very aware of product location. When I do have a question, I just stop by the Customer Service desk and they find an associate who can answer my specific questions. I love the garden area! They take great care of their plants and I’ve never been disappointed with a purchase.

I live near the area so this is the most convenient hardware store for me. They're a little expensive but they have good-quality things and fulfill all my household and gardening needs. I wouldn't recommend buying plants or mulch here, but as far as soil, plant food, and gardening supplies, Lowes is my go-to.

The older gentlemen help me with a couple of frostbitten house plants and I quickly bought them and took them home and repotted them he was an awesome person

This is one of the more expensive store to shop at in omaha, but they always have a gold selection and the safe is friendly. If you shop around you can usually find a deal here to save a few bucks.

I bought lava rock, and bedding plants yesterday. The staff was friendly and helpful, particularly the cashier. She was cheerful, and helped me with my credit card, which was stuck in its security case.
Though I took note of her name, I forgot to write it down, and now do not recall it. Hopefully someone will let me know.

Great place to go and shop or to just look around. Saw some pretty good deals out there. Ladies and fellas, it's the time of the season to get your significant other or dad, relative or whoever a power tool...

I just ran in quick to pick up an item that was ordered online. The customer service desk is right inside the door so I didn't walk all over the store. Staff was helpful and friendly, I got my item and I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. Lowe's has good quality and name brand items. They are competitive in pricing and sometimes lower. It's a great place to shop for your home goods.

My husband and I are getting the kitchen remodel. Our current kitchen is from the '70s.

We were fortunate enough to work with David. My husband and I had a pretty much had good idea on what we wanted already with thorough research, but David provided top tier suggestions based on our style which we gratefully accepted. He digitally mapped out our kitchen and thoughtfully made suggestions.

He was wonderfully insightful and could read the room. All of his suggestions and recommendations were on point with what we had designed. He wasn't pushy and made suggestions that made a lot of sense! His attention to detail is remarkable.

David was delightful and very patient.

It is very rare to work with someone so knowledgeable in any field, and unexpected to find such a jem at lowes. Both my husband and I were surprised how remarkably easy he made buying a new kitchen. His efficiency and expertise made what we were expecting to be a very stressful experience into a manageable project.

If you're looking at remodeling your kitchen, ask for David.

I've never had an issue shopping at Lowe's. It's not my first choice in big box stores, but I do shop here. They stock the Kobalt tools that are not available at their competitor's stores. Their prices are reasonable and they are usually a well stocked store. I have no problem shopping at Lowe's.

Recently purchased a washer a dryer at this Lowes location. Excellent customer service from the time we walked into the store to the delivery of the appliances! Ann helped us find the right washer and dryer and worked to get us the best price available. When a computer glitch popped up during the sales transaction, she quickly took care of everything and even called us at home the next day to confirm the pricing and delivery schedule. Thanks Ann! We'll be back!
