CHI Health Center

Venue in beautiful downtown. There are great options for parking within a few blocks. Parking costs $10 (card only), a large lot, and getting out did take some time, but that was expected. Inside the venue was clean, very spacious. Our group went to the Doja Cat concert and was very impressed. Getting in and out of the venue was very quick, even considering the number of people present. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Will look into this venue in the future for concerts!

Hey, when you're going to see the Eagles on the Long Goodbye Tour, you would think nothing would go wrong. And it was almost a perfect evening.

I've got out a couple things to mention about the CHI Health Center and none of these will distract from the five-star rating I'm giving to this arena.

1- if you are to attend an event that looks like it's going to be sold out, it would be a very good idea to arrive and be at least within sight of the arena 2 hours prior to the start time. The problem is not that there isn't enough parking, the problem appeared to me to be the fact that this Arena (beautiful that it is) is set right downtown in a major metropolitan area. We were within a quarter of a mile of the Arena one hour prior to the event beginning, and we actually sat down 5 minutes after the show began. So, the blame is actually on us, but we had never been there before and now we know.

2- We've been to many, many concerts at arenas in cities such as St Paul, Des Moines, Lincoln Nebraska, Denver, Tampa, to name just a few. There are always police officers at the intersections helping pedestrians and cars to maintain a decent flow of traffic. Last night, at the CHI Center I saw a few police cars sitting at intersections but there were no uniforms around. I wondered wearing that they all were.

So, I'm still giving the CHI Center a five star rating. Once we got on premises there was ample parking, entrances were well marked as were the sections so we knew exactly where to go. Plenty of concession stands and restrooms.

Excellent venue for a concert, comfortable seats, smooth security area, wonderfully helpful ticket takers, all the staff was so friendly, especially the seat finders. Clean too.

We come here a lot for the car shows concerts and trade shows. The place is always clean and also the staff always is very friendly and helpful. We are definitely looking forward to coming to several other concerts and other shows they have on the way. It is not to far away from downtown so the tourist crowds have a lot of other places to visit while they are here in Omaha. Some of our favorite concerts have been here.

I've been to so many concerts in the last 5 years and this was my FAVORITE arena, hands down! So clean, easy to get to from parking structure. Nice parking garage as well.

The stadium is in downtown Omaha and is easy and accessible to Enter and to exit I love going to the stadium and I highly recommend that you go to a concert or a basketball game here. The inside has concession stands all around and has elevators for everyone to access

I spent entire day here yesterday. Interface Omaha, a network based event during the day and Shania Twain in the evening.
$10 to park in nearby flat parking lots around venue. Food served by staff at venue was fantastic. Highly recommend the chicken skewers. Staff quick to accommodate guest with any need.

The evening event was a fantastic experience with the Shania Twain fan base of followers. Quickly able to find seats via electronic tickets on your phone. I did think $17.50 service fee was a bit much but staff at the event was plentiful and helpful everywhere you turned. Seats are a bit tight for myself 6' 280ish frame but doable. Almost every seat has a great view of the stage unless you get some venue patrons that want to stand for the entire concert in front of you. Seat pictured here is section 218 row B.

First time here. I went to the Eagles concert, it was great. Staff was all nice and very helpful.

We went to CHI for the Shania concert and had a great experience! Navigating to our section was confusing at first as one of the signs were misleading, but we found it and had a ton of fun! And Shania was awesome!

Most recently attended a Jelly Roll concert at CHI Health Center in Omaha. I have attended a few other concerts here over the years as I live close to Omaha.

Always have lots of different food selections. I don’t typically drink at these events, but the lines seems to get longer as the event goes on….so something to note if you enjoy alcoholic beverages. 😀

Bathrooms are always clean, lines for the women’s restrooms at times.

Seats are comfortable and have drink holders. Typical stadium seating so your comfy close with your neighbors!

The last time I went was for the Jonas Brothers back in September! Had an amazing time as the staff was very friendly, helpful and looked like they cared to answer questions. The lighting on stage is AMAZING for photos. I used my iphone / Canon sxt730hs for them and they all came out very nice.

A very good choice to have your conference and seminars.

Getting to CHI was super easy and getting to the handicap parking was great too! The attendants were very helpful! We had a great time seeing Lizzo! Thank you for having us and making Walter’s first concert a great time!

What an amazing venue for a trade show. Excellent downtown access, lots of convenient hotels and restaurants, neighboring sports venues, and well thought out parking. Absolutely nails every facet of conference convenience.

Saw Odesza. Great show! Wonderful sound, good line of sight. Security was helpful and there was an obvious presence of medics. All in all, awesome show at a great facility.

Amazing venue very easy to find and navigate. The exterior was nicely decorated and the scuptures were outstanding. The intwrior was wide open and very welcoming. Parking was easy and easily accessible. The bathrooms were spotless and very well maintained.

I attended the annual Berkshire Hathaway show at the CHI center. The center is a very nice convention hall with a basketball arena attached to it. The convention space is small compared to other halls in larger cities, but the facility it fist class in terms of ease of use and functional amenities such as convenient water, power, and Wi-Fi hook-ups. Outside it has some of the coolest modern artwork I have seen at a convention center.

Best concert ever!! Great acoustics!
