Blue Sushi Sake Grill

I love this restaurant. Who knew I would have to go Omaha to share this Vegan option Sushi restaurant with my daughter. The best vegan sushi ever. Ther is one in Lexington, but who knew Omaha would have this delicious place. We shared our rolls, the mist soup, and seaweed salad.

Words do not do this place justice. The best sushi I have ever had, hands down! The atomsphere, service, food, drinks and happy hour are all just incredible. Definitely try if ever in the area. Even the water has cucumber in it! The freshness, flavor, craftsmanship and uniqueness are just incredible.

We love Blue Sushi and today was no exception. The Hawaiian and Hotel California were our first rolls-- fried rolls are definitely my favorite! We also tried the Tidal Wave and Salmon Skin Roll. We ordered the usual OG Cali roll and a Spider Roll. Tidal Wave was the best of the other four. Paired with their signature Raspberry Mojito and an ice cold glass of cucumber water, the meal was delicious 😋 Staff was knowledgeable and courteous -- we had a great date night ❤ #ThreeYears #Sushi #dateNight #Love

Blue is an amazing sushi bar. The first time I went I sat on the first floor for lunch and it was great and tasty. The next time I came back it was on the 2nd floor (which I only learned they had once they asked if I wanted to go up there). The vibe is very cool and was an awesome place to go eat. The sushi was AMZING! Some of the best I have had yet. They have a great list of drinks as well as an extensive list of great tasting sushi. It's well worth the price! Overall an amazing place to go for either lunch, a date, or just a bite to eat.

Blue Sushi is in my humble opinion, one of the best sushi spots in the world. With multiple stylish floors and speedy, attentive servers on every floor, it's a must-visit in Omaha's old market. Whether it's a fun night out with friends, a romantic date, or a family get-together, the atmosphere is as charming as the sushi is delicious.
Come during happy hour if you can, for great deals! And don't miss out on my favorite plate of their shishito peppers. 🙂 🌶🍣🍙

Great food and drink selection. I like how clear they are with the sourcing of their seafood. The atmosphere was great and our server was very helpful and friendly. I can't wait to go back again in the future.

Food service and atmosphere was amazing. Our server was very quick to get drinks, gave some great sushi recommendations, and very quick to add more when we ate it all! Expect to spend $60 or so if you're having a few rolls and drinks per person. Will definitely go back!

AMAZING SUSHI RESTAURANT! Three year customer. :) By far my favorite sushi restaurant in Omaha. As a vegetarian, I greatly appreciate the 15 vegan sushi options that are unique with lots of flavor! There is happy hour for a few hours everyday, and all day Sunday! The 15 vegan options are always on the happy hour menu too. :) Highly, highly recommended this place. The price is a little high but definitely worth it for some quality sushi. Also, super interesting upstairs loft. I could ramble about this restaurant all day.

Hands down the best sushi in the Midwest, and maybe stretching further. This is a must eat place if you’re in Omaha and a sushi lover!

A real treat. Some of the best sushi I’ve had in awhile. We had made a reservation and had no wait at all. Sara our server was very nice. She made some great recommendations for us. The price of everything was very reasonable. Felt like a special and nice place to eat. There is a lot of bar space. The cocktails are unique and delicious. They have a very large sushi menu as well as other dinner and appetizers options. Large variety of things to try as well as options for people with specific dietary needs. I will definitely be coming back to Blue Sushi. Music and atmosphere are great.

Everything about this place was fantastic. Our food was well prepared, beautifully presented, and delicious. The drinks were gorgeous and incredibly well balanced. Service was next level. Our server Michael was amazingly helpful and kind. We will definitely be back here next time we are in town

HUGE thank you to the staff at Blue Sushi! My friends & coworkers planned a birthday dinner for me on Friday 2/16/24 for my birthday the following day. We had a wonderful time chatting, eating, and having a few drinks! The food was awesome (as usual) and the staff was fabulous on a very busy Friday night! That evening I had a friend gift me a bottle of wine for my birthday. I walked away from the table after dinner to take a few pictures and realized I forgot the bottle of wine. In the amount of time it took me to take a picture with friends for my birthday, the table of obnoxiously loud women next to us during dinner decided that my bottle of wine was free for the taking. We informed staff that the wine was missing (and the wrapper was on the table next to us). The staff was so apologetic of the situation and took it upon themselves to gift me a bottle of wine for my birthday as a replacement. Something they did NOT have to do. Thank you Blue Sushi for the amazing customer service and exceptional kindness! As for the girls who stole the wine and walked right past me after knowing I had left it behind… I hope it gave you a headache the next day. :)

I was very surprised to find a really good quality Sushi place in Omaha. It was my first visit to Omaha, was really looking for good ol'steak.

But I decided to go into the Blue. The music was off that's why I gave it a 4 vs 5. If you decorate the restaurant with spiritual things & meaning then tie music as well. The group of diners was from 30-50, so the bepop techno was off and folks focused on conversation and eating.

Food & drink we're on the mark. The sushi 🍣 was very flavorful and melted in your mouth.
I was impressed with the quality of food freshness and service. My server was very amiable & funny.

It was a good time and if ever in Omaha Nebraska go there for great Sushi 🍣.

My normal location is in Fort Worth but this place was just as good! I love seeing the consistency. I got a couple rolls the hot popper and rainbow rolls. Both very good. You can’t find a better sushi place I promise!

We had such a great time. The service was excellent, the sushi was inventive and delicious, and the drink menu was wonderful. Please try the shishito peppers and the blueberry infused vodka if you can.

Table of 10 on a Friday night and our service was incredible! Fast, fresh, and delicious. The chicken lettuce wraps were very good.

it’s really hard finding a good Asian restaurant in Omaha, especially when you have grown up in a larger city and have been exposed to incredible Asian food in the home and throughout your lifetime. However, my friends and I went to blue sushi grill on a whim because we were craving some sushi, and I had the time of my life here! The vibes were incredible, and the tuna tower was apparently something I have been looking for all of my life and I just didn’t realize it. I highly recommend going here if you have a chance!

Wow this place has the BEST sushi I’ve ever had in my life! The menu is huge and they have so much variety. I especially loved the fact that they had so many vegan roll options. Definitely love traditional sushi but with vegan rolls you get ingredients you normally don't see used in sushi like pineapple with bbq eggplant + red peppers. We went during happy hour so we could splurge and try several different things. I got the roja, Unami express, & shiitake to me. All 3 were delicious!! The staff was very attentive & kind, the atmosphere & decor were on point, and the food was incredible. So sad I don’t live close to one of these or I’d be eating there all the time. Been traveling through the country and trying sushi everywhere we go and this one knocked it out of the park. Well done!

Found this spot on the map while searching for a sushi spot near downtown. Thought it’s be an average spot but surprisingly very fresh and delicious-the Green Eggs and Hama Roll was excellent! Also love that they list their fish sources and purveyors on the menu.
