My wife and I had a great experience buying shoes and "Smart Wool" socks. The clerk was very knowledgeable in finding the right shoe and correct fit. The socks are very comfortable also. We are satisfied with our purchases and glad to see Brown's Shoe Fit Co. has come to Omaha. Give them a try, you'll be glad you did.

I had excellent personal service at the new location in Omaha, NE, off of Dodge Street. I have been a customer of Brown's Shoe Fit for almost 50 years as I previously shopped in the Atlantic, IA store. I went into the Omaha store with high hopes that it would be much like the service from the past, and they didn't let me down! Their selection is phenomenal and they carried my large shoe size in house! The one item I couldn't get was ordered in and I had it in 2 days. Looking for high quality shoes and excellent customer service, this is the place for you! They also give a discount to those of us in the healthcare industry!

Great selection of quality, higher end shoes. (We found UGGs when they were sold out everywhere else.) Store is bright, spread out, organized. Parking right in front. Service was very good. I love supporting local, small business owners.

I stopped in 3 days before Christmas because I heard they got a small shipment of high demand shoes that my daughter asked for. It was a long shot, but I figured I'd try. The sales associate greeted me right away and I didn't even have to ask, she knew what I was there for. She was helpful and friendly. My first visit to Brown's was excellent, not only because they delivered the impossible, but mostly because of the amazing service. We'll be back!

Great personalized service, wonderful selection, and I left with shoes that actually help my feet feel better from severe arthritis. I highly recommend going here. These people actually listen and assist you without pressure. Very impressive store.

Browns Shoe Fit is a wonderful addition to the Omaha area. The store was clean, well organized. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They have an amazing selection of quality products. We will definitely be repeat customers!

It was a very comfortable and easy shopping experience! It wasn’t a normal running/walking shoe store but an all around shoe store. There were boots, dress shoes, and slippers in addition to the running and walking shoes! Associate was great and was very informative on the shoes I ended up buying! These are my favorite shoes to use at work!

Brown's Shoe ... I like shoes .. not just any shoes, but shoes that fit well, wear well and of course are stylish and at a decent price. I had a great experience at Brown's. They carry several brand names that I am often searching for - Josef Seibel, Taos, Hoka, OnCloud, Sorel and several others. Jackson was very helpful during my shopping experience. He is knowledgeable, professional and very personable. I explained the issues I have with my feet and Jackson was able to help me pick out two pair of shoes. I will no doubt be back soon.

These guys are great. The customer service is amazing. I love that we have a new local shoe store. I had found that Omaha was lacking in shoe stores. I have purchased 2 pair from them and I will be back in the future.

Jazemyn at Brown's Shoe store in Omaha was so wonderful in helping me pick out some shoes for my daughters wedding along with helping me find a pair of cute Taos tennies that I love. They have really good quality shoes and their personalized attention is so amazing. What an amazing experience shopping for shoes at Brown"s. The associates are all so helpful and pleasant. The selection is extensive. I have an odd size and they could fit me in every shoe I picked out. My new favorite shoe store for sure!!

The only shoe store I have ever been to where the associates actually have knowledge of the products they sell. Best experience I have ever encountered in a setting like this. Only place I will shop for footwear from now on. You guys are fantastic!!!
