Better pricing than whole foods. Bulk section is decent. I love their dried mango and quick oatmeal.
Be aware, they do not offer bags for free of any kind, but they will give you a little box ID you need one. BYOB(bag).
Water station is my favorite and they offer containers for purchase. The water is filtered using the reverse osmosis process and is priced per gallon.

They are conveniently located and have fast, friendly, and helpful service.

Everyone at each store is so nice, even when I can to ask a question. They carry certain things I can't find anywhere and quality items. I love they carry so many plantbased/vegan items such as tvp and soy curls.

Wide variety of fresh all organic produce, organic and grass fed meats, dairy and vegan cheeses. Wide selection of oat, almond, soy, rice, flax, cashew and rice milk products. Rudis organic sourdough bread is awesome. Vitamin, supplement and herb sections are extensive. Employees are always helpful and professional. I have shopped here for many years - regular customer.

Great place to buy organic produce and food materials. Their prices are reasonable, and their staff very polite and helpful.

This store has a wide selection of vitamins. The food choices are good too. I like that they have an education section in the back.

While vitamin cottage natural grocers is publicly traded, meaning that the actions are under the purview of profit and growth, It is a fantastic alternative to whole foods now that it has been purchased by Amazon. If you're looking for organic and plant-based foods, there are few chain places you can go that top this. This definitely will not replace your book store entirely nor your mom and pop natural store. However, if you utilize their reward system it can be worth your while for some purchases. In addition, you can find a lot of items here that you can't elsewhere.

They have great products in their store. All of the plant based products that I like are in this one store. The only thing is on my first trip there, i was supposed to bring my own bags. They do provide you with a free bag on your first trip. Now i know to bring my own and i love this store.

Very Good Customer Service& Store Very Clean

From the inside looking in- I used to work here when it first opened. The store is under great management and this shines as the better Natural Grocers I've been to from Kansas to Colorado.
Love how they're on top of keeping things stocked. A great team equals great shopping experience!

Their food is typically stellar quality. Water refills are .25 per gallon. Bags of non-perfect produce are 2.00. Sale prices are competitive too. We have consistently received good customer service since the store opened. Honestly love this store. Thanks, guys.

Everyone at this store us always very friendly and helpful! My mom and I have an E-Bay Store and go thru a lot of packing materials and this store being Very Earth Friendly, kindly saves their bubble wrap and packing peanuts for us each week instead of just throwing it away! Very Nice.

Love this place! They're so helpful and polite. I love all the employees-especially Christie. She has given me so much advice with supplements and health/beauty products. The prices are great and their sales run for weeks!

Organic grocery store..all foods and supplements are here...very expensive! but lots of health reasons to choose this store...Amy's soups are on sale for 2.25 a can or 2.50..cant remember....make sure to look at the best buy dates ..Really an experience going into this grocery store. First time. much better than Whole Foods...check it out. you may find something neat. also they have beauty products made from natural things and handmade soaps and oils...nice store!!

I love both Natural Grocers locations!! The folks who work there are always friendly and are constantly "doing things" within the store and not just hanging out. I like to see that and the store reflects their efforts because each section is always tidy. In general, this chain store carries a wide variety of products and a lot of local items.

As a merchandiser for a few companies, I am in several stores daily so I notice many things about each store. While I don't typically leave a written review unless a merchant has given me a bad experience or a really good experience, today, Natural Grocers on Dodge street deserves 5 stars and a written review.
My first impression when walking in Natural Grocers for the very first time was, wow!, this store is so very, very well organized and clean!
Every item on every shelf I looked at was fully stocked, pulled to the front of the shelf and sitting in such a neat and orderly fashion. Aisle after aisle, everything was so neat, clean and tidy! The next thing that jumped out at me was the friendliness of the employees. There was a few who were in management, (Ashley and Ryan) who never made me feel like I was bothering them while asking the questions I needed to ask and getting some needed help in the products I was merchandising. They both were in the middle of doing their jobs on the floor and kept a smile and a genuine interest in helping me. That rarely happens and in some cases I get moans and groans and dirty looks because I bothered them and they had to stop doing their job to help direct me to certain areas or answer a few quesions. There was one other young man, I didn't get his name but he was very friendly and helpful as well.
This next area (Restroom) is what always takes a hit in the star rating but this store kept an even 5 stars thru- out my visit.. It was clean, fully stocked with toilet paper, paper towels and soap. The water had enough pressure to actually get your hands clean and rinsed off.
Kudos to this store and the employees who made my visit a 5 star experience!

Great selection, great service

I am so happy to find a natural grocers in Omaha! It is set up like every city if you’ve been to one before. Great selection of products from fresh fruit and vegetables to vitamins and supplements. They truly have it all. The staff is incredibly friendly! I moved from Austin, Texas and was worried what Omaha would offer in regards to gluten-free & non-GMO options. They have an excellent selection!
