Lift Free or Die

This is a great gym, I went for a day trip because I was in the area and the process of getting a day pass was super easy. I reached out and got access in less than 30 minutes, and everyone is very nice. The gym is clean and has everything you would need! Will definitely be coming back!

Great atmosphere, heavy weights, you can connect your music to the speakers. Open 24 hours a day just have the have the app. Great people that help out, and give advice and pointers when you need it. Everyones there to lift and get stronger, no hate, no judgments, no problem.

An awesome no nonsense gym. My wife and I are moving to the Dover area and I had the pleasure of using this gym twice while we were in town. Hands down the nicest gym equipment in both variety and quality I have ever used. Can’t wait to be a regular here.

Amazing gym! It was clean and we'll equipped. They had equipment for powerlifting and other strength training methods. The owner is quick to respond and ready to help get you in the gym! Highly recommend if you're in the area or looking for a new gym.

GREAT GYM! I was just passing through and wanted a day pass, very easy communication with the owners. I've trained all over the world and this might be the cleanest hardcore gym I've been in. Great selection of both free weights and racks. Spacious turf track as well with a yoke and excellent of sandbags. Highly recommend and I'll be back next time I'm passing through NH.

Traveling for work and looking for a place to get a workout. Met with Andy the owner. Great guy. Toured me around the gym and welcomed me to workout that evening. Loved the gym. Hard core. Lots of thought into the equipment. Great quality stuff.

Went to try it out for a day and I am ready to never go back to a commercial gym ever again! Met two of the owners and they were extremely friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was supportive and overall way better than planet fitness. Other members were friendly and I am definitely looking to join. Loved it!

The owners are great and the gym is great. I wish I didn't move away because it is the best gym in NH if you take your gym going seriously.

This is a awesome place for the space it occupies. As is the case at any gym, you get out of the space what you put in for effort. Some gyms are Perfectly Fine if you want a cheap feel ok, no effort “workout”. If you want to push yourself make a little noise, see improvements and push your limits, this is the place. LFOD has many movement options to find only limited by your creativity. Tons of new top of the line Rogue fitness equipment, kettlebells, bars, dumbbells and plates to keep you busy.

As a competitive powerlifter this gym has everything I could ever need. Plus the atmosphere is amazing!

Two real, sold deadlifting platforms, great monolift, new reverse hyper. Perfect gym for power and strength training. But also sufficient equipment (strength and cardio) for anyone looking for a great workout.

This is the best power gym that you'll find in the area with some of the best equipment. The members are friendly and helpful as are the owners.
