I've had two sleep studies done here. Both times I was treated/cared for with kindness. They are both professional, and down to earth. I had a the greatest experience someone with as many wires as I had on can have while sleeping.(and a machine attached to my face). However don't take Blu star taxi out... You'll be waiting hours.

Our 2 year old went in for a sleep study at Medical Center West in the Sleep Center and we were blown away by the quality of service we received. The staff was kind and courteous, and Franklin who prepped my daughter was amazing. If you have a sleep study to do this is the place to go.

Fantastic doctors, abysmal office staff and unprofessional nurses, specifically Michelle.

When you call this place you better hope the schedulers are in a good mood. Otherwise you’re in for it.

Michelle is the rudest and least professional RN (or whatever her credentials are) I’ve ever had the displeasure of interacting with. It’s unreal that someone like this keeps their job or that no one stops her and talks to her about her demeanor on the phone.

I’m sick of it. No one should have to call up with stressful health needs and be subjected to this kind of unprofessional behavior. So far nothing has been done about this. My doctor is the best I can imagine but the staff makes me want to go elsewhere every time I talk to them.

This is for the Family Care Medical Group doctor's office in this complex. They are the most unorganized, least communicative office I have ever experienced. I have asked them repeatedly to remove certain phone numbers from their records, they have also obtained numbers from people to reach me at without my consent, they do not communicate when appointments such as MRIs or follow ups are until two days before them, they never consult you about scheduling appointments for you and if they do they ignore your availability all together. The doctors prescribe you meds and keep you on them even if you are clearly having a severe reaction to them, they tell you anxiety and depression are choices but are quick to want to write you a prescription for them, they are not trans inclusive as they don't have a place to update your preferred name or pronouns, and just generally do not care

I have never been to a medical place that didn't care about there patients before like st. Joes imaging at camillus. They embarrassed me as well as made me cry for a hour after as well as i was there. I went in for a ct scan on a huge hematoma on my stomach i was in extreme pain and i had drank that white stuff already for the test. They inform me i had to pay 110 for a copay i explained im on disability and i get payed once a month and i had no money. This test was extremely important. The manager came over finally and i couldn't get anything out of my mouth and she said no copay no service. And she said it loud enough for other patients to hear it. Im now at community having the same test done they are being so nice and they are not requiring me to pay a copay right away and they said they cant refuse service without copay. I will never go to st joes anything ever again.
