I wanted to write this review because I got really good service on Oct.12,2023. There was 2 young people who helped me at the paint counter. Michelle and Will really took there time out helping me find the paint color I need. I’m glad there is still great customer service out there. Keep up the good work.

Customer service has been lacking in recent years. Lowe’s provided me with expert help, a willingness to listen and all without being impatient. AND the store had what I needed with options for creativity. Again, something that has been hard to find presently.

Lowes will surprise you with good deals and great service from their staff. My wife and I found a grill on sale and saved a ton of money. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. The staff even helped load it in our car.

Got a new microwave today! Perfect for our family if four. About $110. Great product review. Location was very clean. No waiting. They had hand sanitizer available and free face mask if you forgot yours. Will be back soon for plants☺

I just went in for a gallon of paint. The woman who mixed it for me was very friendly, and the two girls at the checkout were super friendly and helpful. Definitely the best Lowe's experience I've ever had!

I had a great experience. I needed a new microwave and I had plenty of help. A woman who worked there helped me get the microwave in to the cart and pushed it up to the register for me. She also got someone to bring it out to my car for me. The gentleman at the register was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the warranty on the microwave . I had a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

I just recently purchase appliances and the delivery was so "professional and the guys worked great together as a team.They also were so respectfu!!" Thank you!!

Lowe's a great place to get any remaining items you may have forgotten when you planned a project. Everything from lumber to bars of soap and nothing beats their wide open spaces where your sure to find most anything you'll need.

Very clean helpful employees. Just hard to tell what country you're in with all the Spanish

I was at the Camillus lowes on Monday night ! I needed a 50lb bag of calcium chloride ice melt . I saw it on your website but could not locate. I asked a young lady with short reddish brown hair who was working in seasonal if she could help. She looked up the product and went above and beyond customer service as she went and got the forklift and brought down a pallet load and got me a bag. This young lady was awesome .if I still owned a business I would steal her to work for me. I went to Home Depot first and they couldn't be bothered to help

a cashier checked me out with my friends. everything is fine and normal right? no they don't take apple pay (i'm not really complaining about that but it'd be cool if they took it ngl) so we had to leave and get cash from an atm down the street.

the cashier voided our items and would scan then again when we got back. he didnt see me as closely as he saw my friends because i was farther away.

anyways, we got back to lowes with the cash and my friends don't feel like getting back out of the car and it was only an armful of items so i volunteered to go in alone.

i see the same cashier and he smiles when he sees me and mentions how i came back alone. we have some lighthearted small talk and he seems to be tense. i pick up the items and i'm holding then all in one arm and my wallet in the other to take the change and receipt.

he holds them out and sees me looking right at him, so he noticeably started shifting his eyes down to stare at my necklace and then back up at me. then he said, have a good day with a dumb little smirk on his face. i said thanks you too and did my best not to look back.

i'm a punk and i was wearing a dog tag necklace engraved with the words "dilf lover" and the cashier was at least 34. he looked like a dad, basically. anyways, don't go to home depot because they don't like gay interactions like that to flourish.

home depot is homophobic and i plan to go back to lowes just for the service, 5/5 stars obviously

I had the best experience today at Lowe's. The Mgr. Tim and Matt the outdoor loader were outstanding. I needed help with my fireplace and Tim was waiting for me near cash register. No matter what you need they were right there to help. When I set it up will send a pic to show you all. Thank you Tim and Matt. They moved everything in my car to make it fit.

Needed spark plugs, air filter and oil for our lawn mower. They only had spark plugs. Very young person working the area tried to be helpful but obvious he was new. Give him credit for trying and politeness.

I was great to go to a place that was actually knowledgeable about their products. Unfortunately I don’t think the competition is as well trained as Lowe’s. Customer service was better then competitors and Tim took he’s time explain everything to me, did talk down to me like I experience in the other place. Thank you so much and he signed me up for the pro loyalty club. Thank you so much very being so welcoming specially after have such a bad experience in other places :)

Maurice needed a hot wire tester. Also got a new wall switch and cover for the dinning room. Everything works beautifully now.

I've been to quite a few Lowe's but the service here with a very welcoming staff is far better than I'm used to. Keep up the great job each of you are doing!!!
